La Casa del Atrio

The hotel staff was amazing, right in Centro. We went to the spa and enjoyed a couples treatment.

Our requirements for an excellent hotel are (1) quiet (2) firm bed mattress (3) bathroom with counter space and (4) shower with constant tempature. They had all 4. Great breakfast. Quiet rooms. No children or dogs. Congenital staff. Great location. This is a winner!

Just an excellent boutique hotel. I love the way it’s furnished. This was my fourth time staying there

We have loved this place for over a decade but sadly after this last stay we will not be returning. We stayed here three nights. Our hot water wasn’t working. We told them two days in a row, they said they’d have someone look at it but it was never fixed. Also, the beds are rock hard - like no give at all. The staff wasn’t as friendly as they have been in the past. Overall, really bummed how it went. They’ve cut back on what’s included in the breakfast but at least they still had a full breakfast menu you can pay for.

La atención del personal del hotel fantástico especialmente Jesus gracias por tus recomendaciones. El lugar no cuenta con estacionamiento propio pero enfrente hay uno público lo cual lo hace práctico. El restaurante con su decoración facinante . En si todo el edificio es muy bonito Sin duda si vuelvo a la ciudad de Qro. No lo dudo y me hospedaré en ese lugar Gracias por existir Julio R.

We stayed at La Casa del Atrio for just one night before heading to the airport for our trip to Mérida, and it completely exceeded our expectations. This place is absolutely charming, full of character and surprises. It used to be an antique or design store, and the unique furnishings and art throughout the property reflect that history beautifully. There’s even a little shop on-site filled with cool, vibey collectibles that add to the experience. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the spa, we loved knowing it was available, and the concierge gave us a fantastic dinner recommendation that ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the action. We loved strolling around the historic center at night and felt very safe and comfortable, even walking to the aqueduct after dark. The next morning, we had breakfast at their beautiful on-site restaurant, and it was healthy, flavorful, and memorable. Even though it was a short stay, it left a lasting impression. Highly recommend this gem if you're passing through Querétaro!

Beautiful, historic small hotel in center. Friendly and helpful staff.

It’s a comfortable hotel with a nice restaurant. Pros; excellent location, friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Cons; we had to ask for the hot water to be turned on each time we wanted to use it. Never did use the jacuzzi tub because of this. No coffee in the room.

It was a cute older hotel.

So far, so good!! Just checked in to a spacious clean room in a great walkable neighborhood.

The staff is beyond exceptional: gracious and incredibly helpful (thanks in particular to Perla but also Jesus and everyone there). The spa is outstanding. It was so fun to have our little respite paradise amidst the fun hubbub of the city before Christmas.

The owners have put a lot of thought into making their courtyards beautiful. Also liked the visiting cat. Would suggest more light in the room; much too dark. Also, a phone to reach the front desk.

Gorgeous property peaceful, clean and tons of dining and shopping nearby. Staff is very friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and it was surprisingly amazing! We were not expecting that much beauty! This is a true gem hidden in downtown Queretaro. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a cute bar and restaurant that you cannot miss. We definitely are coming back when we return to Queretaro, super recommended!

We have been staying here for the past 8 years whenever we’re in Querétaro. Every room is uniquely decorated, all the staff are very friendly and speak English, and the atmosphere is very relaxed.

The staff was kind and accommodating. The hotel itself is lovely and charming and we loved the very high ceilinged rooms. It was difficult to cool it down (took most of the day) but the biggest issue was the shower: it took 10 minutes for the hot water to get hot for me and it stopped being hot after 15 minutes. We waited for at least 5 hours until my friend showered but it *never* got hot for her. And the square-shaped rain shower only put water out of about 1/3 of it's available holes. Other than the shower, we loved this place.

This place is awesome! Beautiful spaces, wonderful people and staff. Outstanding service. Very nice surroundings and very safe to walkaround. Very good restaurant next door (Tikua).
