The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the breakfast... lots of delicious choices! The central location worked well, as did the proximity to the train station.

Staff very welcoming&friendly, many with good humour to go with the queries that we had in getting around Oslo. Beds comfortable, zany decor, good sound proofing ( didn't hear guest movement or conversations). Room & bathroom very clean. Breakfast buffet was fantastic! On our last day a bagged feast was given to us the morning of check-out, as we needed to catch a train before the dining room opened.

The room was nice, a great bathroom, the breakfast was very good, it is so convenient to be accessible from the train station. It was not noisy at all even though it is attached to the train station. Check in and check out were easy. Fantastic location for access to restaurants, the railway, the opera house, the Munch museum, shopping, the water front, etc.
