Location is easily the best thing about the hotel. Right inside Oslo Central meaning arriving or departing by train is simple if you stay here. It also means there plenty of food and shopping all within walking distance. The staff were amazing, giving me tips on where to go to get last minute gifts and souvenirs. My room was simple, but that’s all I was after. The facade of the hotel is deceiving as I thought it would be old and run down, but inside is modern and updated. Room was comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay here again!

A great hotel in the best location in Oslo. The young lady in reception (Shalom I think) was fantastic. She organised for our room to be cleaned so we could check in early which we really appreciated. The room was perfect for the three of us. Very stylish, clean and functional. The breakfast buffet was lovely and had lots of food options. Overall, a great hotel.

Breakfast amazing, location amazing (you can lliterally walk under cover from train station direct from train.. take the right internal exit when exiting station). Rooms are on the smaller side, but so so convenient and clean.

This is a nice hotel with a great, central location. However, on arrival we were allocated standard rooms, not the superior ones we had booked and paid for. This became apparent on entry to the rooms. I reported this to reception who initially claimed these were superior (much larger) rooms. I started to dispute this by comparing photos of our room with ones we had booked and was then immediately offered the correct rooms. No doubt if I hadn't challenged this we would have been given the incorrect rooms. This is unacceptable. Despite the many 'excellent' breakfast reviews I also found this to be a bit disappointing, with limited range particularly in fresh fruit and pastries. Overall, I would recommend this hotel but do check carefully that the room you are given is actually the one you have paid for!
