There was a little misunderstanding during check-in. We ordered 2 cabins, however only one was initially offered. When I showed Expedia reservation confirmation on my phone, they were able to find second room and provided second key.

We enjoyed our stay at Tromso Camping. The lodge is surround by beautiful landscapes and staff were polite and accommodating. We had a cabin with no toilet/kitchenette but the shared facilities were clean.
Our con would have been how far the walk wasn’t the facilities, being I believe the only rooms without toilets it’s strange they are the furthest from the facilities. Made it a bit difficult when I needed the bathroom in the middle of the night and my child was sleeping. I didn’t want to leave her alone. I knew it had no toilet which was fine, I should have checked how far away it was.

Pros: Beautiful cabins in a nice location
Cons: Staff not helpful. The property is far from the city center and walking 1 km to the bus stop with cold weather is not so easy for everyone, taxis are expensive.

Cabin was neat & tidy with everything you’d need & a good size too, staff were really helpful with us checking in late & explained everything perfectly & also once arrived polite & friendly, buffet breakfast was also really good, loads to choose from & tasty! Views from this location is simply an added bonus!

Really cosy and clean cabin. Perfect for our long weekend exploring Tromso and the surrounding area. The double bed is pretty small but otherwise the cabin was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t complain about anything. Will definitely be coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.
