Decent sized room with comfortable bed & linen. Hot water readily available in the shower room and bathroom sink. Gym was adequate with dumbbells and lift machines plus treadmills. Restaurant is conveniently located in the hotel.

Location to the airport and the Asia mall is amazing, a little out of the way for Intramuros or Chinatown etc Very modern hotel and very large, we had a view of the river which was nice. Room was good, perhaps needs more room to put suitcases etc, bed was comfortable, blackout curtains were fantastic too, bathroom was clean and had everything we needed, great shower. All staff were professional and courteous throughout. Only gripes we had were the noise levels from our neighbours, we could hear them constantly being loud and also the food on room service was nice but expensive in our opinion. Would recommend to others for the proximity to the airport.

Stayed for 3 nights prior to flying back to PNW. Check in was a breeze/room on the smaller side/2 twin beds, window facing kingsford hotel. I feel a little odd coz most of the staff will greet you w/ their hand on their chest. We decided to eat at their breakfast buffet on our last day for 20$ each but honestly, its not worth it. Had a pleasant stay and will definitely book this hotel in the future. BTW, I went to their gym, just like any hotel, very limited selection of weights and machine.

If you’re looking for a clean hotel with a good restaurant and helpful staff this is a good place. If you want to relax by a bar and have a good drink after traveling hard this is NOT the place. It takes 20 minutes when not busy to get a fairly good drink in the bar. If you want another you have to ask and it’s another 20 to 30 minutes . In the restaurant our appetizer was delivered and finished and we were still waiting for drinks. There were 3 people in entire restaurant. There’s plenty of staff at the bar area but they just talk to one another. This is our second time here. Same results with the bar last time . I think we could probably do better next year. Again, The restaurant food was good.

Our stay was good overall but it was extremely frustrating that the front desk was never able to answer the phone. After booking we had questions that the front desk could have easily answered, my Fiancé called multiple times at different times on different dates with no answer. The issue was the same during out stay. We literally had to go downstairs to the front desk to get any help. I will never stay here again for this reason. How this hotel operates this way is beyond me.

The early check-in fee is more than the daily rate itself. I’ve never seen such a thing . Thats why it’s called a fee. Should be fraction if not of the daily rate. Not a way to welcome a tired traveler . Never again!!.
