After my flight was cancelled due to the owuas strike at the Kuwait airport, I messaged the staff on both Expedia and WhatsApp as I had limited service and they never responded. Because of that they gave my wife a hard time checking in as I originally booked just under my name. Luckily another staff member had common sense. The bar staff in the lobby helped other guests before us despite us sitting down first and waiting for menus. The breakfast staff was phenomenal as always and are probably the only reason we would come back. I have one more trip in 10 days, I hope it goes better. Room was nice, hotel is super clean.

The hotel exceeded expectations! The staff was incredibly accommodating, and our room was spotless. A huge highlight was the pool area—it’s kept very clean and is incredibly instagrammable. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a clean hotel with a good restaurant and helpful staff this is a good place. If you want to relax by a bar and have a good drink after traveling hard this is NOT the place. It takes 20 minutes when not busy to get a fairly good drink in the bar. If you want another you have to ask and it’s another 20 to 30 minutes . In the restaurant our appetizer was delivered and finished and we were still waiting for drinks. There were 3 people in entire restaurant. There’s plenty of staff at the bar area but they just talk to one another. This is our second time here. Same results with the bar last time . I think we could probably do better next year. Again, The restaurant food was good.

Our stay was good overall but it was extremely frustrating that the front desk was never able to answer the phone. After booking we had questions that the front desk could have easily answered, my Fiancé called multiple times at different times on different dates with no answer. The issue was the same during out stay. We literally had to go downstairs to the front desk to get any help. I will never stay here again for this reason. How this hotel operates this way is beyond me.

The early check-in fee is more than the daily rate itself. I’ve never seen such a thing . Thats why it’s called a fee. Should be fraction if not of the daily rate. Not a way to welcome a tired traveler . Never again!!.

Amazing breakfast buffet, they had virtually anything you could desire for a breakfast or a brunch, exceptional value. I would stay again just for the breakfast buffet. Room was small and not well thought out, nowhere to put your luggage and no desk or table top but very clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. Upscale on the front end but average in the room accommodations. This is the only hotel that I have stayed at in Manila or the Philippines so I have nothing here to compare to....

Standard room was way too small, you could barely get through between the the bed and the walls. I booked 2 rooms 5 adults, even paid for the kid as an adult and requested a connecting or side by side since its a family trip for my birthday. I managed hotels for a living, I thought customer care training so I am aware of hotel policies that’s why I even called to mention my request. But this property do not understand anything about “making guest happy” we were put 7doors away from each other of which both rooms has connecting doors. I even told them we would take one single and one double rooms. But they were not willing to do that. They offered executive room for additional fee. Amenities…? They operate like it’s a “motel6” that you had to basically beg for what you need, it’s almost embarrassing to ask.

Loved my stay here. Quality rooms, furnishings, amenities. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was great. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Location is okay, 15 mins from airport and 25-30 mins to Intramuros by taxi (traffic dependent). Staff were lovely too.

Hotel is nice but would not stay there with a family. Pretty expensive for snacks and there is absolutely zero stores around for something quick. Plug ins in room didnt hold our chargers as they kept falling out. I was approached by sales people for property investment about a dozen times and that got pretty annoying

The hotel service was great and accommodating. The hotel room itself was quite spacious despite the room size not being too big. Although, I did have a bit of a problem with the bathroom because the toilet paper holder was barely sticking onto the wall. The toilet paper holder actually fell off once from the wall which led to the toilet paper rolling on the floor. That was an unpleasant experience. Otherwise, everything else in the room was good. Amenities are provided, so I didn’t have to go out of my way to buy essentials like toothbrushes and towels. Plus, there’s a welcome cake which tasted great. Not to mention, the buffet was absolutely excellent. There was various selection of foods from different regions. The garlic fried rice is a must have, and the pastries were really delicious. Also, the price for the buffet is a good deal. So, if you’re planning to stay at this hotel, definitely try out their buffet!

We were so pleased to have stayed in this hotel and if we are in the area we will stay here again. It has a great breakfast buffet with a variety of food and international selections. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Best of all you will get a good night’s rest with its excellent bed, comforter and pillows! It’s close to NAIA Terminal 3 airport, Okada, Solaire casino, and to the Mall of Asia.

Grand lobby. Aminities looks new, however the air quality is bad in the rooms. Could be that there are no windows or the ventilation is just not good.

This is a very nice hotel, conveniently located near the airport. The breakfast Café was excellent, at a very reasonable cost. We took advantage of the complimentary shuttle for airport transfer.

If you’re looking for a clean hotel with a good restaurant and helpful staff this is a good place. If you want to relax by a bar and have a good drink after traveling hard this is NOT the place. It takes 20 minutes when not busy to get a fairly good drink in the bar. If you want another you have to ask and it’s another 20 to 30 minutes . In the restaurant our appetizer was delivered and finished and we were still waiting for drinks. There were 3 people in entire restaurant. There’s plenty of staff at the bar area but they just talk to one another. This is our second time here. Same results with the bar last time . I think we could probably do better next year. Again, The restaurant food was good.

Our stay was good overall but it was extremely frustrating that the front desk was never able to answer the phone. After booking we had questions that the front desk could have easily answered, my Fiancé called multiple times at different times on different dates with no answer. The issue was the same during out stay. We literally had to go downstairs to the front desk to get any help. I will never stay here again for this reason. How this hotel operates this way is beyond me.

The early check-in fee is more than the daily rate itself. I’ve never seen such a thing . Thats why it’s called a fee. Should be fraction if not of the daily rate. Not a way to welcome a tired traveler . Never again!!.

After my flight was cancelled due to the owuas strike at the Kuwait airport, I messaged the staff on both Expedia and WhatsApp as I had limited service and they never responded. Because of that they gave my wife a hard time checking in as I originally booked just under my name. Luckily another staff member had common sense. The bar staff in the lobby helped other guests before us despite us sitting down first and waiting for menus. The breakfast staff was phenomenal as always and are probably the only reason we would come back. I have one more trip in 10 days, I hope it goes better. Room was nice, hotel is super clean.

Amazing breakfast buffet, they had virtually anything you could desire for a breakfast or a brunch, exceptional value. I would stay again just for the breakfast buffet. Room was small and not well thought out, nowhere to put your luggage and no desk or table top but very clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. Upscale on the front end but average in the room accommodations. This is the only hotel that I have stayed at in Manila or the Philippines so I have nothing here to compare to....

Standard room was way too small, you could barely get through between the the bed and the walls. I booked 2 rooms 5 adults, even paid for the kid as an adult and requested a connecting or side by side since its a family trip for my birthday. I managed hotels for a living, I thought customer care training so I am aware of hotel policies that’s why I even called to mention my request. But this property do not understand anything about “making guest happy” we were put 7doors away from each other of which both rooms has connecting doors. I even told them we would take one single and one double rooms. But they were not willing to do that. They offered executive room for additional fee. Amenities…? They operate like it’s a “motel6” that you had to basically beg for what you need, it’s almost embarrassing to ask.

The hotel exceeded expectations! The staff was incredibly accommodating, and our room was spotless. A huge highlight was the pool area—it’s kept very clean and is incredibly instagrammable. Highly recommend!

Loved my stay here. Quality rooms, furnishings, amenities. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was great. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Location is okay, 15 mins from airport and 25-30 mins to Intramuros by taxi (traffic dependent). Staff were lovely too.

I like its location, close to airport,it is clean and safe but the receptionist who checked me in looks grumpy, not so welcoming. Did not see her smile at all. The amenities are also great! Love that there is complimentary pool, gym, sauna and steam room. I love the coffee! I only wish that there is microwave in the room. But i will still recommend this hotel to my friends

Hotel is nice but would not stay there with a family. Pretty expensive for snacks and there is absolutely zero stores around for something quick. Plug ins in room didnt hold our chargers as they kept falling out. I was approached by sales people for property investment about a dozen times and that got pretty annoying

The hotel service was great and accommodating. The hotel room itself was quite spacious despite the room size not being too big. Although, I did have a bit of a problem with the bathroom because the toilet paper holder was barely sticking onto the wall. The toilet paper holder actually fell off once from the wall which led to the toilet paper rolling on the floor. That was an unpleasant experience. Otherwise, everything else in the room was good. Amenities are provided, so I didn’t have to go out of my way to buy essentials like toothbrushes and towels. Plus, there’s a welcome cake which tasted great. Not to mention, the buffet was absolutely excellent. There was various selection of foods from different regions. The garlic fried rice is a must have, and the pastries were really delicious. Also, the price for the buffet is a good deal. So, if you’re planning to stay at this hotel, definitely try out their buffet!
