We had a very disappointing experience during our stay at this hotel. The noise at night was unbearable, making it very difficult for us to sleep. We were expecting a restful stay, but unfortunately, we barely got any rest due to the constant disturbance. In addition, the staff were not very accommodating or attentive to our concerns, which made the situation even more frustrating. We hoped for better service and hospitality… Sorry, just being truthful😇

Centrally located hotel, just a short walk to SM. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly and we had to ask staff to operate it for us. The twin room was quite small, with no chair or table, essentially just the beds and limited space for carry-on luggage.

This staff was courteous. The air conditioning was not cold in the bedroom The toilet seat in the bathroom had a crack in it. And it could pinch or cut somebody's behind.
