Skyport Hotel

One of the two rooms we reserved was incomplete for amenities - coffee, creamer, bottled water. Hot water in the shower wasn't working. Took a cold shower. Towel rack in the bathroom fell off by itself , luckily no one's was hurt. Clean room ✔️ Helpful staff ✔️ Airport shuttle ✔️ A/C ✔️ I'd give ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for rating.

I was just here for a long layover at the airport. I came in on the off hours so I called a GRAB to take me to the hotel and it was about $2.50 usd. The room was clean and comfortable. Exactly what I needed after a very long day of traveling and prepping for even more.

Nice friendly staff. Hotel is 10 mins from airport. 2 free meals for breakfast. Paid $25 for private transport to airport. Room could be cleaner

I had a mixed experience at Skyport Hotel in Manila. The location is definitely a major plus—it’s very close to the airport, which made it super convenient for a short stay before our flight. The price was also very reasonable for the size of the room. Speaking of the room, it was actually really beautiful and spacious, which we appreciated after a long day of traveling. However, the hotel was under construction during our stay, which took away a bit from the overall experience. The biggest downside was the presence of a few cockroaches in the room. If that’s something that bothers you (as it would most people), it’s definitely worth noting. Since we were only there for a few hours, we decided to just deal with it—but it wouldn’t have been ideal for a longer stay. Overall, it’s a convenient and affordable option for a quick overnight near the airport, but the cleanliness issues and ongoing construction are something to keep in mind.

Close to the airport with shuttle service available. Very convenient

This is convenient to the airport if you have a short Manila overnight. The bathroom in one of our rooms didn’t smell great at check in and it’s pretty street facing but was otherwise clean and suitable.

Everything is good. Except the breakfast it was not specified in the website that its only for 2 pax. I booked a room for 4 pax and it was stated in the expedia website that breakfast is free but its only for 2 pax not 4.

This was a great find for a one‑night stay close to the airport. The price was extremely reasonable, the room was very spacious, and it was super clean. The staff were very kind. There was some construction happening right behind the hotel, directly outside our window, and it did not stop until 11:00 p.m. Earplugs came in handy, but aside from that, it was a great stay. There was no restaurant in the hotel for dinner around 8:00 p.m., but we found a great option next door. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport is a great amenity. I would stay here again if I need to make another one‑night stop in Manila.

Initially had trouble with the booking, being told my reservation could no longer be honoured due to their over-booking. Hotels.com sorted. Thanks. It was a suitable hotel for us to stay overnight near the airport after arriving late in the evening and leaving early next morning. Otherwise, I would not choose to stay here. Noisy traffic noise. Stains on carpets and seats in reception. Towel hanger fell off the wall when I put towels on it. Staff were friendly and helpful, otherwise my rating would have been lower.

Great stay with airport shuttle service

I booked Shuttle service however for some reasons it didn’t arrived. The staffs were friendly and accommodating, very helpful as well. I noticed that there were no shampoo and shower gels in the bathroom, I am not sure if it was complementary or not. Room was clean.

This hotel property is located fairly close to the airport. The lobby area was relatively new but I noticed that there was no air conditioning in the seating area, which made the lobby stuffy and warm. The designated guest area had a odour to it that was difficult to explain ( slight sewage smell ). But the staff at check in were extremely warm and helpful. We also availed ourselves with the free airport shuttle but I would highly recommend arranging for pick up before arrival in order to make the pick up smooth. The suite/ room was clean and comfortable, and came with some toiletries and a toothbrush which made our brief overnight stay easy. We did not eat at the in-house restaurant but took advantage of the complimentary breakfast which was delivered to our room. Delicious meal of chicken tapa & pork tocino. Shower was hot although the water pressure was weak. The room a/c worked well and I found the bed mattress firm but comfy. We also arranged for a late check out which is an additional fee but was greatly appreciated. The lobby cafe serves up some delicious hot and cold coffee beverages for a fee. Staff were always pleasant and willing to be helpful.

It’s nice hotel to stay 1or 2 nights as it so close to the airport (1 mile)

This isn't a 5 star hotel. It is a hotel that is customer friendly, inexpensive, and a quick shuttle from and to all the terminals. Stay here if you truly want to save pesos.

The airport shuttle only runs from 6am to 6pm contrary to what the website says. I requested the shuttle with my arrival times on the initial reservation 9:50 pm. No one contacted me to let me know they would not be picking us up. Room was too noisy to sleep. The street noise was all night long. They need to upgrade the windows. The view from our room was of a construction site. So basically, I think you can do better.

This location is not close to many things its difficultly placed where a cab is best used to get places, the rooms were fine they had basic amenities but lacked water in the room but they have a cooler, they didn't have slippers... everything else was fine but again basic amenities for a great price... the AC only worked well on turbo mode the units were mediocre but again for the price good and the staff was very kind

Basic clean air conditioned hotel. Bring food or order in. Room nice and well equipped. Not much in area to do.This is ideal for a night as it is by airport. Only negative was a very bad smell in elevator and room. Once air on it eventually disapated.
