Very close to old town.

Excellent staff . Great location. Very nice room. The only negative is the bar music from across the street. The music was excessive, and lasted until 3:00 am. The Hotel gave us a late checkout of 2:00 instead of 12:00 which was appreciated.

Staff were wonderful and helped us out when we were in a spot. Clean lovely friendly place to stay.

Strategic location, public transportation within walking distance, main entrance is hard to locate for first timer if using public transportation, helpful receptions: Cosmin, Patric and Maria.

Good hotel, great location but load music from disco club just opposite the hotel. From 11pm to 3am. Cant sleep.

Very close to the beautiful Old Town, with lots of eateries nearby. Big, spacious room with fridge and coffee machine; however no kettle to boil water for tea. Good breakfast

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my friends birthday. I notified the hotel in advance of this & requested if there was anything they can do to make her birthday special & they agreed advising that they always make it special for guest visiting for a special occasion. Unfortunately they did not fulfil this request which was a shame. We arrived early however there was no option for early check in. The location of the hotel is excellent walking distance to restaurants/bars. The room we were initially provided was quite spacious & so was the bathroom. However there was a fault with the toilet & it ended up overflowing & flooding the bathroom. When we called reception to report the issue they advised they were unable to attend to it for 30mins & did not understand the seriousness. As we had a dinner reservation & had to shower & get ready for this, we packed our suitcases & went down to reception to request to be put in an another room to get ready. The gentleman at the desk said there was nothing he could do & there were no other rooms available. Eventually he arranged for someone to attend to our room to see what the issue was. After 40 minutes waiting in reception with no communication, we were finally given another room (after saying there were no rooms available). There were no apologies for the inconvenience. The room given was a lot smaller especially for 3 adults.Luckily the restaurant was walking distance & we were only a few minutes late. Disappointed

Our stay was pleasant. The hotel too. And beds were comfortable and the rooms a good temperature. The breakfast selection was extensive and the staff helpful. Location was excellent. Parking is not available at the hotel but there is a good parking lot a 5 min walk away. Would stay again.

The air conditioning in one of our two rooms wasn’t working. I informed the front desk, who said nothing could be done until the next day but promised someone would come to fix it. If it couldn’t be fixed, they would see if another room was available. Despite another guest at check-in saying he only needed one of his three reserved rooms, the front desk told us there were no other rooms available and that we had no choice but to sleep in the hot room. It was unbearable. We slept nearly naked and still couldn’t rest due to the heat. The second room also couldn’t sleep because, despite "soundproofing" being listed as an amenity, street noise continued until 4 a.m. No one came to check the broken A/C the next day, and by 4:30 p.m. we booked another hotel—unwilling to suffer another night. The assistant manager was visibly upset we were checking out early—not quite berating, but close. She said we should have asked to move rooms before rebooking. But we were told someone would come fix the unit, and no one did. It’s unclear why we were responsible for requesting a move after that. If no one was coming to repair the A/C, they should have proactively moved us. I requested a refund for the unused night, especially since the room did not match what was advertised. It was denied. No offer, no compensation—only an apology prefacing how we were somehow to blame for their broken A/C.

10 star hotel on customer service and location. Will definitely come back!

Due to its proximity to a night club, the hotel is extremely noisy. If you plan on sleeping at night, stay someplace else.
