Awesome staff & room was on point

Nice long stay at the Ascott due to a medical procedure. Very near Mt Elizabeth Orchard. Walkway was a nice touch due to rainy days in Singapore. Everyday cleaning and servicing was good too and kitchen was nice and efficient. Dishwasher was a big plus! A bit dated but everything works.

Rooms were very modern and clean. Staff very friendly and in a great location.

Room was reasonably sized and equipped with amenities (wish there was a microwave option and the TWG and Bacha coffees were a plus!). We traveled as a family with infant and staff were super attentive and friendly. Location was perfect close to all the main shops at Orchard.

Spotless room, housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. All facilities are well maintained, I went to the pool and the gym, super clean. Prime locution for shopping but the surroundings are very quiet.

The stay was great, great location and hotel. However, the unexpected material charge for the bed for the children was dissapointing and the response to the query about this after booking for two adults and two children was really poor.

Good kitchenette hotel on Orchard road attached to Paragon mall. However on 1 day of our 3 night stay, they were doing annual electric maintenance. It was not mentioned at booking or confirmation, only when we arrived. That meant no wifi, no AC and also intermittent elevator service (we were on 13th floor) from 10-17:00. When I contacted management regarding how inappropriate this was (I was charged full cost) the response was that they would pay for transport for me and my 2 young kids return trip. That’s it, no compensation, no apology - just that it’s annual maintenance and maybe it will come back earlier. That’s simply not acceptable at this price point. I need to work (wifi) and I also chose the hotel for its central location so my kids could nap/ get AC midday. I can’t recommend them at all. Many other hotels at this price point which provide excellent service

Would stay longer

Fantastic location in Orchard, easy walking distance to the MRT and all the shopping malls. Rooms were lovely, modern and clean. Great pool and gym facilities too. Staff were very helpful and accomodating.

I had an amazing stay at Ascott Orchard Singapore! The hotel was absolutely top-tier luxury from the stylish interiors to the exceptional service, everything felt premium. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Orchard, making it perfect for shopping and exploring. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and will definitely be coming back on my next visit to Singapore. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, class, and convenience all in one!

It is a very good location, ideal for people who may need to stay near Mount Elizabeth Hospital. I had a single room for two night business trip. The AC spews out air directly to the bed, making it very cold when I sleep. On the first night, there was some issue with the shower where there is no hot water but this was fixed. the next day.

Very poor check in service late at night. Check in staff very curt. Asked me to complete my email and mobile number by holding up a lousy tablet. Clearly untrained to 5-star levels. Rooms smaller than old ascott. Room looks right into apartments across the street.

Loved the pool ! And the view from the room was great. Our Wi-Fi didn’t work which they fixed promptly. When we came the next day there was hot chocolate for us with an apology 😊

Great location. However, for the price charged , expect better condition of the room. And expect the toilet to be in perfect condition . Some of the items on toilet a bit old and not superbly clean. Can see slight stains and for the price I paid and where it’s located, I expect more

Great location, nice clean rooms and facilities. Overall it is an amazing property with a convenient location if you want to access Orchard roads shopping district or the Mt Elizabeth Hospital which is behind the Paragon Mall. Only down side ( but a major one) during the stay was- the guest in the next room was probably smoking in his room, and after complaining about it multiple times the only solution provided by the hotel staff was a tiny air purifier in the hall way. It's not difficult to find out if someone was smoking in their room, our room and floor was non smoking so no one should be smoking there. Upon further enquiry the closes smoking area was in Heeran ( a building that was a 3-5 minutes walk away. The hotel staff did nothing about resolving this issue, apparently they were not sure who was smoking- its not rocket science- it shouldn't be that difficult to figure out as there are only a few rooms per floor.
