Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. 👍🏼

I stayed at this hotel for two nights from 02-05 October 2023 room number 1123 and had made full payment via Traveloka, but after I checked out my credit card was charged twice for sgd 631 and sgd 531.15 without my approval and without my permission. Even though I had paid in full through online, after I complained, the hotel admitted that their staff had made a mistake. This is negligence and a very fatal mistake and is detrimental to consumers, especially in the class of a five-star hotel. Please pay attention to the hotel to pay more attention to this matter.

Room was fabulous for our family. Not too small not too big. The twins love the tippee tent. Concierge service was also lovely. Very warm and friendly staff. Location perfect too at Orchard Rd. Close to shopping area, close to MRT station. Will definitely stay there again next time we go to Singapore.

Unhelpful staff, can't breakfast with sleepers, the room very smelly, nearby red light district of Singapore. If there is minus star I will given this hotel minus 9.
