⸻ What a great place to stay in Valencia! The location is amazing, right in the historic district, which makes walking the entire area a breeze. The building itself incorporates an old city structure with ruins from the 12th century. What makes this hotel truly special is the staff! From the moment we checked in, they made us feel welcome. We were offered a drink, a comprehensive map with an explanation of the city, and numerous recommendations for restaurants, museums, and historical sites. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Valencia.

Our stay at the Caro was perfect! We had wanted a really chilled time away and the location and vibe of the hotel was just what we needed. The staff were all lovely, super professional but warm and always helpful. This includes from the moment we booked. Every member of staff we met in fact and too many to name, though shoutout to Sonia and the breakfast team as we had the chance to chat with them a bit more in the mornings. The history of the hotel is also fascinating, so in a way it’s more an experience than simply a stay! The only thing we found slightly tricky was no real storage space in the room - there were a few hangers above the safe but wouldn’t say this constituted a wardrobe space and so for two of us for five days, it was a bit tricky! But it didn’t detract from the positives, nor would it stop us staying at the Caro again. It’s a lovely hotel and the staff are really the gem, it’s rare to find such warmth and professionalism, it made it super enjoyable - and that’s just the hotel! We visit València often, such a beautiful city and this makes for a perfect hotel to stay in!

Beautiful hotel, great room and facilities, and in a lovely part of Valencia, walking distance from many of the sights in the Old town. Only complaint is that the bedroom walls are thin. I could hear the people in the next room talking. Otherwise it was perfect. I Fully recommend.

This was a great hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful! We were able to walk to the many squares and nearby markets. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as the Jardin del Turia. The little pool was great for a cool dip after a long day of walking.

From the moment of our very, very late arrival, we were welcome to open arms at the Caro Hotel. Check in with swift and our room small but laid out well. We especially liked the separate toilet room since it made the functionality of the bathroom better. It was very quiet at night, our room was on the side of a small school, so in midday you would hear children playing, but it was not bothersome. All of the staff Were great, but I will point out that one night very late. I asked the front desk where I could get a protein shake for the morning… As all the stores were closed. When I woke, they were waiting for me, Ines did a wonderful job of making me feel special. We especially liked the location as one of our favorite restaurants was only a block away-Baobab. One of the funnest things we did was a paella cooking class with Daniel through trip advisor - highly recommend.

A wonderful place to stay. Perfect location, many sites were walkable. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and spacious. Great water pressure in the shower.
