Staff was very nice and check-in was quick. They let us move into our room extra early. AC was nice and cold, bathroom clean, fridge was cold, nothing was broken. Location was right in front of central market and next to Metro. Overall amazing experience. Would book here again.

Very nice hotel that is perfect for a city break in Alicante due to its location. As well as the very nearby tourist places of interest, it is surrounded by dozens of fantastic restaurants and bars. Beaches can be walked to from the hotel but if you don't feel like walking there is a nearby taxi rank or you can ask the staff to help book for you. There are also lots of buses.

The hotel is in a perfect location close to everything. For me, it was a bit too noisy. I could hear the noise from the people on the street below all hours of the night.

Lovely reception staff. However, our key fobs were working part time. We had to go to the reception about 4 times in 4 days, to change them, as they weren't working after a few hours. No soundproof, so, very loud noise can be heard easily from the street and the neighbours rooms. Not too many facilities in the hotel. Housekeepers are too loud in the morning next to the door of the room. No ventilation in the toilet either. Nice city thought.

The hotel's location is good, and that's all there is that is good. Also, there are plenty other hotels with good locations that are better and cheaper in Alicante. Hotel is tired, staff are unfriendly, even the shower is over the bath, like the 70's!! Needs a serious refresh.
