Perdi el alojamiento porque no pude viajer. No pude viajar porque mi hijo se interno de urgencia. Y el Hostal El Pilar no reconocio el certificado medico para el reembolso que presente a traves de Expedia. No lo recomiendo. Una falta de humanidad. Impresentables.

Great location. I appreciated the front desk's 24 hour service. The room was basic and kept clean. The housekeeping was punctual, and efficient. I would have loved coffee service available in the lobby, but was able to go out to find coffee a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay there again.

El lugar está céntrico justo en plaza del Sol. La propiedad necesita mantenimiento, todo es viejo, huele a viejo, el precio me pareció absurdo para lo que ofrecen. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo y no me volvería a hospedar.

Staff was very helpful and gave us a warming welcome. A/C wasn’t working, it seems that they disable the units when it isn’t summer. Location is absolutely wonderful, it is in the middle of everything, train and metro are at walking distance.

Fist staff who helped for check in was not that friendly. My fiend was not allow to get to room wirh me to help me getting my luggage inside room Facility is not that clean, when you pass the main door in floor 0 the place has a strong smell like humidity or dirty water. Night staff was friendly and helped me with instrucciones on how to get around city by taxi and uber.

It is very close to Puerta del Sol, so for us it was a perfect location. The reception is staffed 24x7 and every staff member was welcoming and very polite. The room and ensuite bathroom was clean, no issues. Overall, we had a very comfortable 3 night stay and feel it was good value for money. I would be happy to stay there again.
