This was our first trip to Barcelona and was a little worried about staying so close to the Rambla. All the worries disappeared very quickly once we checked in. Hotel was in immaculate condition. Well maintained and the rooms were very quiet, clean and comfortable. Well maintained stayed in a room with a balcony and were able to listen to music and city life. Once we were done we closed the door and the city noise disappeared. Well located to shopping food and entertainment. Thank you 1898.

This was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. We had a terrace room which was incredible and the terrace was massive. The spa was beautiful and the breakfast was yummy. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
