This hotel really went over our expectations, it is a beautiful property, the rooms are super spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms are huge with bathtubs just like it shows in the pictures. The staff was extremely helpful and nice they even brought a crib with a toy and a little toiletries for baby since we were with a 6mo old. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again !!!

Staff was excellent and service was great but the property is either undergoing repairs or just not in great condition — holes in the room and common hallway floors. Bathroom fitments are not well maintained. Good breakfast spread to sort of make up for some of this.

This hotel was not understanding of the fact that the trains connecting the city were all shut down due to the train accidents that have happened in the past weeks and would not cancel or credit my stay with them. They would also not reply to any of my emails or calls until my reservation was completed in order to charge me the full amount.

The room was cleaned but not refreshed with coffee or water and used bottles were not removed. There was no breakfast on the room service menu and the only option was the buffet so if you wanted a croissant and coffee…..not available before 9AM except if you ordered the full buffet. The coffee shop in the entrance did not open until 9AM. There is very limited sit down food service mid afternoon, not good when coming in from a long flight. The desk staff was helpful and very pleasant.
