Awesome hotel. Amazing customer service and location. *the shower was luke warm. I told the hotel and they tried to fix- but it was still just warm. They also offered to change the room but we didn’t want to pack/unpack. They did have great customer service

I had a great time.

This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location but we felt they were more interested in non-residents. We were disappointed with both the rooftop bar and the basement bar which we felt catered more for non-residents, especially at the weekend. The bar in reception did however meet our needs other than the occasion where a private function meant we had to go elsewhere for a drink. Other than that the staff were always very good and the room was also good, although hard to say that it was premium. We were however irritated that the window was broken and we were unable to open it. The hotel did say that they would see whether we could move the following day but it was apparent from outside that non of the external rooms had windows that opened. Sad to say that if we returned to Madrid we would stay elsewhere.

Great hotel, excellent service, very friendly staff

Our shower door leaked & water was everywhere in bathroom & water ran into toilet cubicle. We had to cover floor with towels each time we used shower. It was obviously an on going problem because the bedroom floor outside the bathroom was damaged so this showed water leakage from a long while back. Certainly not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Hotel seemed like it needed refurbishment. On arrival the sink was blocked but that was sorted straight away. Location was great & so were staff but not 5 star. Nice view from room.

Hotel exceeded expectations- room was excellent and bigger than typically European room. Couldn’t have asked for better experience

Clean well located hotel

Perfect location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeepers GREAT. Spacious room with all amenities to make your perfect stay. Definitely I will come back on my next visit to Madrid.

The hotel has a very nice facilities, great rooms, nice rooftop Nd a very good restaurant. The location is also great near gran via and calle alcala

Roció is a gem. And Veronica and Diego had wonderful recommendations and were very helpful and caring. Daniel went out of his way to get us settled and make us comfortable. A five star experience!

Convenient hotel with sturdy beds, small gym, and very pleasant affable staff. Some street noise could be heard at different hours on the second floor but not really an issue for sleep
