Breakfast was ok plenty choice on offer rooms are dreadful to get inside though key cards dont work no matter how many times they are reset other than that cant fault it and would return for a third time

Clean good pool and good food

Great stay, plenty of choice in the restuarant. Very helpfull and polite staff. Plenty of entertainment throughout the day if you wish to participate. Evening entertainment was mixed some to our enjoyment but thats more a personal taste rather than anything else. Overall we had a great stay with no complaints and its in a very central location and right at the beach

Hotel itself was very good, however it is very close to some very noisy bars which were singing karaoke until the early hours.

Poor quality buffet. Not enough pool lounge chairs for number of guests. Very boisy on one side though they did accomodate a move. No coffee maker in room, safe is old reyiring a key at a cost.

Nice sea view , clean room but a bit dated , very loud music from nearby bars until 1am , overall it’s ok but I wouldn’t take my grandchildren there , it’s right on Veronica’s strip and more suited to young people going clubbing until 6am and then sleeping all morning

A really nice hotel, it's in a very unsafe part of town. But i caught

We had a see / pool view. The hotel was said to be 4 star. Was more like a 2 star. I have travelled to most countries and this hotel was the most disappointing. Very dated. Broken tiles everywhere. The bath un usable. Lime scale thick in bath .urine stains at the base of the toilet. Wood in room very chipped. Dirt mostly around the edges of the floor. No fly screen on the patio doors. Fridge was very rusty. I was bitten quite badly the first night.second night the same pulled back sheets and found bugs in the bed . I did take pics of them.the staff were willing to listen and help. But the damage was done the bites l had received in the bed were infected so needed treatment right away ended cutting my holiday short and leaving the hotel early so l could get back to Scotland and get medical advice.

The rooms were cleaned every single day.

The option for quieter room. It is not clear at all the noise exposure between 9pm and 6am!!! After that the all night party goes arrive and the sound insulation between rooms is no existing The view is indeed marvellous The staff is very professional and pleasant

Room was very clean and checked every day. Towels were stolen on our first day so that meant a bad feel to start the holiday. Location and s good except it is right beside Veronica’s which is the liveliest and loudest area of the Island which we had not done our research on. Breakfast was awful and we ended up eating else where after trying it for two days.

Room clean and functional to meet all expectations. Staff extremely helpful

Hotel was in a great location and staff were friendly but a lot of things were lacking. The interior of the room was old. The room had no soundproofing and could hear everything from next room, the corridor and the bars at the main road. During night, the load music of Leonardos was louder than the TV! Overall bad experience. I could also smell the cigarettes from the people next door smoking at the balcony. Very bad. I stayed 5 days and they cleaning was very basic. The didn't hoover or moped the floor.

Hotel is becoming fairly run down. Location is around some very loud bars, making it almost impossible to sleep at night due to sound until 0400. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff was all very nice and helpful.

The night club next door stopped the music at 7:00 am , even with earplugs and balcony door shut, it was unbearable. Plus the air con was not working, no button on the temperature pannel. I stayed only one night and I requested a quiet room when I checked in and the staff gave me a room facing the night clubs district. I stayed one week in total in Tenerife and I did a total of 5 hotels , but this one as the poor est quality in term of breakfast . Avoid this hôtel

Food quality was not good,

Limited power sockets in rooms.

Clean room, good choice of food.

The room could do with refurbishment. No plug sockets near the bed. There was a single available socket under the TV, which is pretty inconvenient if you’re a couple sharing. There were far fewer sunbeds than there were people staying at the hotel, so unless you queued up in the morning before the pool area opened, you had zero chance of getting a sunbed. There was no vanity kit in the bathroom, which, for a supposedly four-star hotel, is disappointing. The shower gel pump dispenses a tiny amount each time, requiring you to pump it several times to get any reasonable amount to use. The gel itself was thin and didn’t lather at all sufficiently. There was a reasonable breakfast selection, although the quality of the pastries was not great; the coffee was terrible. Cereals were not great, although the yoghurt was decent. I didn’t eat dinner here and would not choose to based on the breakfast quality. The hotel overlooks the sea, and all rooms have a balcony. The noise from the strip overlooking the hotel caused sleep disturbance, so if you’re a light sleeper, I would suggest a different hotel. In summary: I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it. It is not a four-star hotel in my view.
