Radisson Blu Hotel, Malmö

A lovely hotel right in the heart of where you need to be.

They need USB ports in the rooms. Too much noise from upstairs throughout the night.

I have never written a bad review and therefore this is something new and uncomfortable for me. The hotel was fine and I was offered an upgrade for a small fee which I accepted. Sadly when I checked out problems started. I paid the small fee for the upgrade and received an invoice. They said as I had prepaid there was no invoice for the main room fee which is fine and fairly normal. I then noticed they had charged me again on my credit card. I shortly after contacted hotels.com who were very helpful and spoke to the hotel front desk who assured them it was a mistake and I would be reimbursed in 7 to 14 days. Sadly now almost three weeks later and with chasing I have not been reimbursed and they have now said I will not be: "after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager about the refund. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can't be granted.". I must say this is pretty outrageous given I had already paid and was simply offered an upgrade for a small fee (there was nothing in the small print about this affecting anything else otherwise I would not have accepted). I am extremely unhappy and will be taking this further.

Great stay and half the price of Copenhagen but easy to travel there.

Nice well situated hotel, good food, excellent staff. We had a good sized room, but it really needed a full update of shower and furniture, the small table had cigarette burns and the shower sprayed water onto the toilet.

We found a grape on the floor. The space below the wondow felt moist.

The property was fine. I had no issues with my stay.

Radisson is impressive as a brand.This one is not up to date as general appearance but price has some of the amazing offerings. Breakfast as reviews said are amazing and great staff. Room size was great but on this trip tv was painful, staff were informed, we were told to try certain options to no avail, next day staff tried the process big finally we quit, too time consuming on a very important life trip so we moved on.

Exactly as advertised. Friendly staff Great buffet breakfast. Easy to walk around the city from this base. Obvious transport links.

Its location is perfect. About 10-15 minutes to Malmo Central Train Station. There are a couple of grocery stores right next door, and I was able to buy fruits and food that I needed for the day.

I like how spacious the rooms were but they are just too dark. I hate dark rooms.

Wonderfully located about 10 minutes waln from the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was large but could do with a fresh coat of paint as parts were clearly scuffed.

Modern and convenient to Malmo Central Station.

Very comfortable Hotel. Close to Historic center and walkable to Central Malmo Station.

The location is incredibly convenient and located next to the shopping center with food and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasty and the staff was very friendly.

Price and size of room was good, but the hotel standard was not good for Radisson Blu! Late night an unknown man opened our door with a keycard and said he got the same room - we called reception, but they did nothing and did not contact us to apologize. We slept really bad and were scared people would get into our room during the night. Next morning I informed the reception and all they said was they were sorry and would investigate internally what happened. I hope they do, as I would not wish this experience on any future guests!
