Parking arrangements are frankly terrible. If you come straight from the airport from another country and you’re not familiar with Swedish parking, don’t count on the front desk actually telling you about the free parking. There is a small monitor on the wall opposite the reception desk that you’re supposed to use for your free parking. However, I think the machine only goes to five nights and if you stay more than five nights, you’re supposed to come back after five days and renew your parking. But, it’s not something that the staff will tell you about. And once you find out and ask them questions they’re gonna make you feel like you are an absolute idiot for not knowing this. So, if you don’t do this perfectly, you will have a 600 SEK ticket. Furthermore, the staff is unable to help you in anyway (unlike Waterfront Cabins, where they took care of it with a smile). The rooms are OK, but somewhat small and breakfast is great. The view over the river is nice and there’s a patio with pillows and blankets, which is quite nice.

Nothng wrong with the staff. My booking didn’t come up in their system because of a glitch between hotels.com/expedia and the hotel. The staff was very compasionate, they found us a nice room almost immediately and we were compensated fairly later on in our stay. The room was cozy but didn’t look much lke the picture. Lovely easy access dog friendly hotel

It's the first time I encounter such a hotel: 1. We ordered a room for 4 person, but they prepared only 3 bed clothes. So we called the reception, and the answer is: we will try to find one set more, but I am not sure can find one, if we can not find one, sorry. 😂 2. We ask them to clean the room, they replied: cleaner is sick, sorry. So, they didn't clean the room during our staying (4 nights) 3. The bed is very soft as it's a sofa bed. When you move, you can hear the noise of springs. 4. No heating on the floor of bathroom. 5. The breakfast is good 👍 6. Parking is free 7. Close to the river, good view.

Took advantage of a mistaken reservation done by my son at eight pm their local time. they were contacted twenty minutes later and decided they would not refund the money they did not earn. i write this so you can decide wether you want to do business with a hotel that will take advantage and take your money without any service if they could.

The rooms are very small and separate from the main building, the breakfast is regular .

Really scenic location with spacious rooms. The pullout couch is not quite big enough for 2 adults though. Great service, although we were surprised not to be able to get a drink at the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel because of the free parking. There are lots of parking spaces around the hotel. There is a free ferry at various times to the city area or you need to drive in.

Very affordable, extremely friendly staff and just a great location. All round brilliant hotel.

This property was absolutely amazing. The staff were eager to help at all times, the property was immaculate at all times, and the rooms were beautifully modern. I could not rate this property higher. The staff also allowed us to store our luggage post checkout until we were ready to leave for our flight.

It was amazing the view the staff the room but it was further away then i thought it was going to be but that was on me i would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location with convenient free boar cruising to downtown every hour and a half during warm season. Food in hotel restaurant a bit pricy. Hotel staff not experienced with international hospitality level. Overall good deal for a buck!

Staff friendly and informative. Free parking but must register or will get a ticket. Short distance walk to city along riverfront. Laundry services available. Would definitely stay again.
