Regent TAIPEI

This hotel sets the standard by which all of my hotel stays in the future will be judged. I feel very fortunate to have stayed there. If available, opt for the 19th floor club rooms.

I recently stayed at Regent Taipei during a business trip and had a wonderful experience despite an unexpected ligament injury that limited my mobility. Before arrival, I was concerned about moving between two consecutive reservations and managing a late-night flight home. The hotel team was incredibly thoughtful and arranged a room close to the elevator, allowed me to stay in the same room throughout my stay, and helped make my visit much more comfortable. A special highlight was the Tai Pan Lounge. Having both my room and the lounge on the same floor made a huge difference while recovering from my injury. The lounge was quiet, relaxing, and provided a great place to rest and work throughout the day. I would especially like to thank the front desk and guest service teams for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Their practical solutions and genuine care turned what could have been a very difficult trip into a comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you, Regent Taipei. Friendly staff, yummy breakfast with many options, large clean comfortable room with welcome fruit and large safe, 5 mins walk from Zhongshan MRT, 7-11 shop 1 minute walk, nearby restuarants. When i complained about the bathtub hot water, they fixed the issue promptly.
