Excellent stuff and excellent service

Stay at Amari was fantastic with excellent customer service from all staffs at Amari. Special thanks to Am who did the check in and check out for us. She was lovely and very helpful to give us all the information required for our stay. Buffet breakfast was great with alot of variety of dishes to choose. Location was perfect, close to shopping malls, markets and station where you either walk and take the tuk tuk. Will definitely go back to stay in Amari next time. Thank you Amari.

Great location, excellent hotel and perfect to stay

We booked to stay here the night before our flight home and, honestly, we wished we had stayed for longer not only to see this part of Bangkok more but to experience more of what this hotel had to offer! Whilst not the cheapest place to stay, it certainly is value for money! The swimming pools and lounge area is great in itself, but the videos of Bangkok make it even better. The spas were nice, although split by sex (men and women) which, whilst we understand, was not the most enjoyable given they should be a social experience and one of us was, unfortunately, forced to be on their own. However, apart from that minor inconvenience, the overall spa was good. We chose to have the buffet breakfast the morning we flew home and it was worth every penny so make sure you add this on if you want to!

We love everything about Amari hotel. It’s close to all malls and night markets and other nice stuff. We will definitely be coming back here. Their breakfast is on another level. Every plate is 10/10. Clean room, wonderful staff. Everything is 100/10

The hotel is the excellent!!! Great service, location is very convenient to shopping malls, staff is above and beyond and very accommodating. The amenities are great and clean. Breakfast buffet gives you a lot of variety of options and choices.

Very attentive and helpful staff

This hotel is very family, friendly, and very exquisite to stay at. The hotel, very beautiful and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The staff helped us book trips, make dinner reservations and provided our transportation. Always helpful always kind. Our room the entire hotel, very clean. I will say the only thing I didn’t care for so much was the lobster buffet. I found the lobster bland. I will say the breakfast buffet was outstanding. We also enjoyed all of the restaurants. My favorite restaurant was the Thai food. My least favorite was the Italian restaurant because I found the staff a little unhelpful in that particular location. This hotel also provides laundry service. They washed our clothes and packaged them in plastic packaging and they looked like brand new clothing. The price is also very reasonable. I also found that this hotel is very safe and they monitor the elevators and I really appreciate that. All hotels should do this.

The property has amazing amenities. Especially liked the indoor spa and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety to pick from. Very close to malls and across from Platinum mall. Overall, highly recommended

Good staff

Clean, friendly staff and comfortable stay and perfect location

Hotel was centrally located and walking distance to Platinum mall, Central World, Big C, Siam Paragon. Only thing traffic was really bad so catching grab to go anywhere will take time. But overall great stay. Hotel could have provided more towels. We stayed family of 4 and they gave us 2 towels.

Staff are very kind, welcoming and with excellent services.

Best location, friendly services, clean , new and updated facilities . The only negative which is out of the hotel’s control was the massive construction site in the front of the hotel . We will definitely stay at this hotel again but hopefully without the mentioned issue.

The property location was good however road construction in front of the hotel is causing lot of congestion

I have had privilege to stay at many large & boutique hotels in Bangkok over the years. My experience at Amari Bangkok was one of best and I would definitely come back for future trip if they keep this level of customer service. The hotel has one best hotel gyms I have seen in Bangkok and has lot of difference machines/plate loaded and a TRX setup. The rooms are little dated and retro but everything in my room was working well and very clean. Once again , the staff's customer service is world class in all departments.
