We've booked to stay there for 4 days. There was a loud noise of a bomb near our room around 8:00 in the morning of our 2nd day staying there. Then the power went out. We decided to made a call to the reception asap and she told us to stay in our room, temporary couldn't use the elevator (which we later saw someone used it by not more than 10 mins after I hung up the phone) and wait for the maid (which at last, nobody showed up) to bring us to have breakfast at downstairs. We've waited for half and hour and decided to take the emergency exit from floor 11 to 1. (Breakfast time is due by 9 o'clock and at that time it was 8:40.) After the long journey, we finally found the way to had breakfast by ourselves. 🤢 So, I went to the reception to ask them about what happened in the morning again and told them everything that I've faced. The reception guy responded our question and also laughed at us, made my story as a joke (that we took the emergency exit for 11 floors.) I stunt. Like is this our mistake? Like we are fools. 100% unsatisfied for the way they manage to help us in an emergency situation. Ps. The only thing I really love about this hotel is location. Only reason left to make me decide to book it. But from now on, I'm not sure that I should recommend my friend to stay here again or not.
