Stayed there for 5 days, the sheets were changed every day and the room was cleaned, super comfortable, the room was spacious, clean, had a balcony, a refrigerator, and a bathtub. The staff can speak English. Early check-in is possible but there is a charge, but you can leave your luggage at the reception if you arrive before check-in time. There is a 2000 Baht deposit that will be returned after check-out. There are lots of food around the hotel, near Pratunam Market, close to 2 Sevel. There is a comfortable and delicious massage place under the hotel! If you want to order an online taxi, it's easy because the road in front of the hotel is still passable by cars. Highly recommended!!

We stayed for 5 nights. The room was clean. The sheets were changed and cleaned daily. The Wi-Fi was smooth. The staff was friendly. It was easy to get everywhere. Pratunam Market was close by. You could walk around, shop, and find halal food within walking distance.

This is not my first time staying here. My husband likes this hotel a lot that he doesn't want to move to another hotel 😂👍🏻 he loves the balcony there! The staff is super friendly and being very helpful as well. Very convenient to go to Pratunam Market as it's only a walking distance and also near to 7/11 which I love! They got their own big parking space so sometimes we can rent a car and park it there. They have a massage place at the lobby and it's such a gem for us women! 🤭

I chose a room with a balcony. Overall, it's still okay for a room with a balcony for smokers. The bathroom lacks amenities. They don't provide toothbrushes. And taking a shower is a bit of a hassle because the shower head is too low, requiring you to stand in the bathtub, which is a bit cramped. Extra care must be taken when getting out of the bathtub after a bath to avoid slipping. (Not recommended for small children.)

I was very impressed with my stay at the White Palace Hotel Bangkok! Its strategic location, close to the city center, made it easy to get around. The hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I will definitely stay here again if I ever visit Bangkok!

The bedroom is large, clean, and convenient. But the AC couldn’t be set to cool at 16°C because it would be broken. But overall, the staff are very helpful and friendly. They gave us another room. We moved to 2 other rooms. Near to Racathewi station.
