friendly staff..quick to ask for help like getting the scales, the location is really good especially for those who like shopping...in front of the road there are many food stalls and there is also a supermarket....the best thing is...every year I always go to BKK for culinary...the last 2 years the hotel I chose is the First Hotel...so did the friends I invited to stay there, they also recommended the hotel too thank you

The hotel is comfortable, close to clothing stores, and it's very easy to find food. It's also close to the mall. So, if you want to go to Platinum, December, Shibuya, Big C, and Central World, you can just walk.

Check-in and check-out were quick. There's a 1,000 baht deposit per room. Breakfast was mediocre with limited options. The location is centrally located, and there's a delicious seafood restaurant nearby. I was quite satisfied with my stay here.

The beds are very small, the soundproofing is extremely poor, and the staff are inconsiderate. At 8 am, when everyone is sleeping, they are banging on the floor making noise in the neighboring rooms, which is very annoying.

The location is very strategic for those who like to shop. There are many food stalls around the hotel. Check-in was easy and fast. The receptionist was friendly and informative. I got room 2705, but the AC wasn't cooling. In the middle of the night, I called reception and a technician arrived shortly after to fix it, and it finally cooled down. The breakfast was all halal and delicious.
