Dorm room has no curtain, guests in the same room took my pillow, guests in the same room did not wear clothes to sleep.

Everything is good but the receptionist are not good with not friendly, slow, and bad communication with guests, so poor....if change the receptionists is better!

You get what you pay. But compared to other cheap hostel, this one is pretty bad :( My toilet was downstairs, the bed was very stiff and hard. For me, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Cheap but dirty bathroom, but I stay at this place at their promotion for bunk bed for just $6 a night. No breakfast, No laundry on site. No towel and no any toilettes, such as soap and shampoo. walk through a 500 meter dark and dirty alley until you reach the hotel.

When I arrived to the hotel, I tell them my reservation is for 7 persons or 7 bed's full paid at 2 nights. But unfortunately we just arrived or check in 4 persons total, I understand our reservation are prepaid and non refundable. Then we check in to 6 bed's capacity room, I already tell to the reception the 2 extra bed in our room are consider part of my reservation as 7 bed's total fully paid. Just make sure nobody will take it the 2 extra bed or nobody will check in there because we paid already 7 beds even we are just 4 person to check in or stay at that hotel. But I was surprised the hotel sold the extra bed in our room to other guest. When I ask the reception, where are the 3 extra bed's that supposed to us or under of our reservation and already paid. The lady in the reception cannot speak and no explanation not sure if she understand my question. The most worst we experience on our 2nd night of stay, the hotel staff take off or pull out the safe deposit box on our room without our permission or the time we are all outside and when we come back to the hotel. All of us in the room are really scared because we put our important stuff inside the safe deposit box. We reported to the front desk and finally all of our stuff was recover, no apology from the hotel. They said one of their hotel staff was take it the safe deposit box from our room and no clear explanation why they do that? Very sad experience to stay in that hotel. 😭
