All the staff were very friendly and always had time to chat and make us feel welcome. We ate sometimes in the restaurant and the food was always excellent.
The concierges were great sorting out taxis for us and making the whole process of going to a particular place really easy. All in all a great experience.

We booked a three-night trip to Bangkok to start off our three-week Thailand holiday and the DoubleTree didn’t disappoint. It’s perfectly located in the centre of Sukhumvit with a train station and two shopping centres a short walk away and the hotel is beautiful. Great big rooms, amazing breakfast and wonderful pool. The staff everywhere were so helpful and lovely. We will definitely be back!

Hotel was nice and staff friendly. Close to bars and restraurants. But we were put off by the 44% service charges on our drinks. And also thought the breakfast was a bit expensive.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel, on the 3rd night my wife became sick. The staff was exceptional in options available at the hotel as well as the assistance from the staff. A special shout out to Chet and Toon who did absolutely everything they could to assist us, two individuals who's assistance and compassion was above and beyond. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Hotel service is good. Bed was comfortable eco friendly amenities. If you have luggage, the pavement is not exactly the best for your trollies. If you travel by car, there may be a bit of traffic. Location of the hotel is not bad given that it's near 3 shopping malls .
