Staff was helpful and friendly; Good selection of food for all cultures and rooms where clean.

When we arrived at 6:30 pm, our 2 rooms were not ready. Check in was at 2 pm or 3 pm. We were advised to wait. We refused. Then miraculously, our rooms were available. The 1st 2 rooms we were put in were decent but a spark kept zapping in the vent (you could clearly hear the electrical current). Then we got moved to an “upgrade.” We made it work. The pool was not as big as advertised. In fact, it’s relatively small. The food at breakfast was bland. The only thing I thought was awesome was Manager Mew. Our waitress, Mid, asked if we wanted anything. We said Thai Tea. She said ok. Then left. 20 minutes go by. No tea. I go over to the bar where the drinks are made and I see Manager Mew teaching Mild how to make the Thai Iced Tea. I go back to my table and Mild brings it out. She apologizes for the wait. Mild was kind and sweet. She humbly admitted she had never made the tea before. I thought Manager Mew was an excellent leader in that situation. Instead of berating her, he taught her, then gave her the credit. Manager Mew should run the hotel. Absent this experience, we are not likely to stay here again. It’s a hotel that lacks serious upkeeping. It smells old, musty, and damp. The sauna is broken. The steam room does not work. When you ask staff, the answer is the same: “don’t know.” Housekeeping was minimal (just fixed the bed and took out trash. No vacuuming and no replenishment of toilet paper or towels) Loved Mild and Manager Mew. Nothing else was worth the money.

The hotel front is grand but the lobby does not represent a 5-star hotel. The main lobby are stairs elevated. It's not user-friendly for guests in wheelchair or those with walking disability, also unsafe. The dining staffs are friendly, the place is good but the menu is very limited, not much choice. The room is spacious but the bathroom shower needs to be improved. Housekeeping staffs are not consistent in providing towels and coffee supplies.The concierge service is amazing. The guest relations rating can be improved, has difficulty conversing in English.

Rooms a bit dated and need renovation. Need more light inside the room, a bit cosy but too dark. Toilet sink clogged. Staff are ok but sometimes doesn't want to have eye contact as some are having hard time understanding english. Location far from MRT station so need to use Grab. Breakfast selection is good but condition of hotel not as expected for a Grand Mercure.

Overall stay was fine, started out a bit rough, however the manger and staff made things right and after that no issues. Location for me this trip was good, and convenient with MRT right down the street. Breakfast buffett was good and had nice varity. Public areas are well appointed, and useful. My corner room was dated and in need of updating, along with power outlets. City view was excellent. Depending on what I need to do on my next trip influces where I stay, I would stay here again if I choose to get room on the exective level, that is if the rooms have been updated.

Good location to get to metro and city attractions, decent pool area and bar (although there was construction going on right next to us) Rooms could be updated though.

Quiet, cozy, and secure. Breakfast is so limited.

No nothing bad to say. Hotel was perfect. My room was next to a new building construction but it’s still never took away from the experience staying here. I’m bigger on shower and the shower was nice a hot and very good pressure. Room service was also amazing

This is a very nice hotel with a clean, comfortable room, diverse items for the buffet breakfast, and an outstanding staff. We highly recommend it.

The rooms were extremely huge with all facilities. The house keeping were always going extra mile to make us happy when we return back with small gestures like towel elephant, flowers , good night notes , complementary sweets on day of arrival and complementary chocolates on the day of check out. The food was also very good . Huge spread of breakfast and staff were very helpful and always smiling. Loved my stay in Grand Mercure bangkok Atrium.

Only stayed two days but hotel was very clean, staff was courteous and professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel that is also affordable. In

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel the food is really good, walking distance to 711 and local restaurants. Will go back again

Comfortable stay; location is very close to central Bangkok and getting around is convenient with Grab

This establishment was a wonderful place to stay at in Bangkok. I thoroughly enjoyed the $12 USD breakfast & the views of the city from my room.

Hotel is 5 star accommodation and breakfast is excellent
