I have been here on several; occasions - it might not be the most extravagant of hotels but it is the best value . I go there for the dental treatment as most of the sites clinics are very close by .. but it is equally close to the main shopping and nightlife areas.

Clean, very nice staff, facility a bit worn down for 5-stars hotel. Shuttle to town is limited hours and requires 2 days for airport, very disappointing. Elevators are not synced so a lot of no-passenger stops. A bit of a walk from Blue Line and BTS (BKK Airport) train routes—the lines are not linked so you need to buy tickets with each train line. Traffic is bad so best to book close to a train station.

Definitely must return!!! Staff is amazing guiding us with best places to eat, booked our activities, money exchange since our bank cards didn’t work on any ATMs (bring crispy notes) and load LOCA App for purchases and dining even at night market food stalls. Excellent pool and bar. Exceptional views!!!

We went to check in and the receptionist was so rude. We ask for an early check in and she just kept yelling saying NO check in now. After walking around the property we decided to leave because the lady was so rude. She did not have any people skills. The entrance was nice but they property is dirty around it and run down. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The location is the only highlight.

Nice hotel. Furnishings a bit dated. Bedroom nice but bathrooms need updated. Simple things like peeling caulk, splinter wood, slightly stained chairs. Overall, good experience and would stay again.

5-star? . Never was. What ever you do DO NOT STAY IN A ROOM WITH CARPET. They are so thoroughly stained you think you are in a one star. After one day they moved me to a king room which the had replaced the carpet with a fake wood LAMINATE which was nice of them. Overall, a horrible experience both with the hotel and Expedia customer service (which has AI ) which has canned questions for help, totally useless!

Pros- corner room was nice. Breakfast was good. Cons- i got food poisoning at the hotel restaurant. Most likely the prawns (thai dish). Told me 20% off but did not apply then when receiving the bill. Considering the cost of the dinner, i was extremely disappointed in all aspects. Pool was cold at 3pm despite 36 celcius. Not a lot of sunlight hits the pool area. Construction all around the hotel ongoing.

Decent hotel, great staff.. unfortunately there's a massive building being built directly beside it so it's gonna be noisey for probably at least another year..
