Great. they have shuttle to send you to BTS
Super nice room, quite place, great pool & clean too. Not many places that is walking distance to visit, but they provided shuttle bus every 2 hours to go to Central Mall. View also so so, not easy to go out after we return to hotel. Price vs service was great. Maybe it'd be better if the shuttle service were provided every 1 hour.
Nice service along with functional reception. The hotel is located not far from the town. Also guests free ride is provided. Satisfying visit btw.

The overall impression is very impressive. Staff help me. Picture is like a real place. Clean room Utensils Personally, I like the smell of soap, shampoo, gymnasium and bar on the 10th floor. Breakfast is rather less than I expected. The place is quite far from the community. But it is not a problem. (Not out at night). The hotel has a tuk tuk shuttle to MRT to eleven staff to help take taxi. And we can also use it.
The hotel provides good service. Has full facilities. But there are no shops near the hotel.

Poor communication; no apology
18 Nov 2017: waited till 1043am for the supposed 1030am tuktuk pick up to Petchburi train station. Had to call the desk to find out why the driver was late. Driver arrived 13mins late and never once apologised to us. He came in a van and he said he had to send a guest to Central World. Why is he operating 2 vehicles? Are you short of staff? I was late for my business appointment! Why does the hotel advertise tuktuk schedules and NOT stick to it??? 18 Nov 2017: came back from appointment 1355hours arrived at Petchburi train station and waited till 1421 hours but still no tuktuk pick up to hotel! I took a cab in. Went to Mercure makkasan reception and she said we have to call the hotel that we need pick up from train station. She said it is indicated at the desk. I took a picture of the schedule times but there is NO mention that guests have to call the hotel for a pick up! Extremely poor communication by the hotel! I don't mind bad English but this is NO communication from the hotel! This will be the last time I'm staying at the property even if I'm an Accor member. I will not recommend friends.

Very pleasant hotel
We arrived at this hotel early and we were able to use the free tuk tuk shuttle to collect us from the nearby MRT. We were then greeted by STELLA who was very friendly and accommodating, speaking both Thai and very good English. Even though we were early, Stella did her best to enable us to have our room immediately. She gave good advice on a few things to save us money, and was very courteous throughout and always had a smile. The hotel is quite new and comfortable with good facilities including a nice swimming pool. Would recommend this hotel, especially as it is vey near to the airport link too.

Bad service
Me and my friend stayed last nov.10 for two days. The front desk agent Biafren I think wa not helpful and rude. Good think upon check out the agent was nice. She even called down at the concierge to have the tuktuk ready.

Working as a frontliners requires positive attitude, patience and commitment. And if a guest would ask for assistance, verification or something, your staff should exert an effort in giving update to her guest and make sure that they understand guest's query. Anyway,I hope all front desk staff are like YUI.😊. She was very nice, pleasing, accomodating , and assisted us VERY WELL during check out. Eventhough she' s very busy doing reports that time, she's still willing to extend her help and manage to smile. I stayed in different hotel in Thailand, and she's the most friendly Front desk staff i've encounter! The gentleman from roomservice (graveyard shift),bellman and tuktuk driver were also nice. The room is nice, however, there's a problem in the shower drainage. Anyhow, it went good in the end.

Such one of great hotel
The hotel is located near the airport train station, the staff at check-in was really friendly and helpful. Dinner was really lovely and of course yummy seafood. Executive lounge was really cozy with a nice view direct to the pool . Staff was really friendly and attentive. Can't wait coming back again soon! Many thank to check in staff (Ms.baifern) for your help during checkin. The amenities upon arriving was really creative with hand-writing on welcome card, like idea write message on plant leaf.
