Bookings under the same name and dates extending beyond 14 days, will follow the Group and Long stay Payment and Cancelation Policy regardless of the rate they have booked. - Group and Long stay Payment and Cancelation Policy: 50% deposit of the total amount to guarantee the booking, we will notify the guest before we charge the credit card on the booking. This deposit is nonrefundable. - The remaining 50% of the booking must be paid up to 15 days before the arrival date. This is nonrefundable. The hotel will contact the customer before we charge the remaining 50% and remind them that the remaining amount is due 15 days in advance. If the payment is not received, we will notify in writing that we will hold the booking for an additional 48 hours and if it is not received, the booking will be canceled 10 days prior to arrival. Age Policy: - Please note that all guests must be 18 years of age or older. All guests staying in dorms should provide us Passport as ID. Guests Staying in Dormitories: - For guests staying in dormitories, towel service is available with a refundable deposit of THB 200 per towel. - Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Co-work Space: - Co-work Space: Guests can enjoy access to our co-working space for an additional fee of THB 350 per day. Simply book your co-work pass upon arrival at the reception desk. Non-Smoking Policy: - Smoking is strictly prohibited at all Selina locations. A charge of THB 10,000 will be applied to guests who fail to comply with this policy. Some daytime noise may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. - Photos are for illustrative purposes only. It was my 6th visit to Villa Zolitude. There are many reasons I keep coming back to this venue but the first and the most important one is the unique atmosphere that I cannot find in any place else. The morning I wake up listing to the birds singing, the day I spent swimming in the private pool, the evening I feel the sun down in the villa’s bedroom in the middle of woods. It’s all unique experience that I cannot have in any other places in Phuket. The restaurant is also excellent and with reasonable price. In this visit, I had straight 6 meals only in the hotel either in room or at the restaurant. All satisfied. And you really should try the floating lunch in your villa, too.
