If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Istanbul, this is it! 🕌✨ The views of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are unreal, the rooms are super modern (with amazing A/C!), and the free breakfast on the top floor overlooking the water is spectacular. But what really sets this place apart is the people. Everyone was so nice, especially Erkem from bell service. He was a absolute lifesaver, being incredibly helpful and even bringing me ice to help me heal after my hair surgery. 10/10 experience!

Hotel room very nice but bed pillows much too hard. Big pillows but I needed soft pliable pillows. Also they don't supply tissues in room. But great breakfast restaurant free with a view of the city. Also very close to shops and train. Very clean and nice location. Service people very nice and helpful.

Great view from the rooftop restaurant so get breakfast included although the breakfast options are very minimal. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My issues were uncomfortable pillows, the rooms aren't very sound proof and the things like the TV Channels weren't working so couldn't watch the world cup, also the shower head needed changing and it was dusty in some places (vents, telephone wires etc) but overall for the price I paid it was good.

It is a good hotel with very friendly staff and a wonderful view of all of Istanbul, but there is a downside: the towels provided were terrible—old and full of holes. I thought it was just a one-off, but they brought old, tattered towels every day. If that isn't an issue for you, then I recommend this hotel.

Friendly helpful staff and great air conditioning. Very clean rooms. The location is superb for tourism. This is my fourth stay in this hotel over the last 8 years. One thing gone bad is the towls very old u can see through them and the toiletries gone to a cheap quality. The other thing os breakfast was not fresh although this hotel used to have amazing breakfast.

My experience at Arcadia Blue Hotel was disappointing. The location is definitely the best thing about this hotel: it is very well situated, close to the main tourist attractions, and very convenient for getting around the city. However, the room facilities need a lot of renovation. The bathroom was not properly maintained and did not meet the expected cleanliness standards. The room and some of the facilities look quite worn out and require better upkeep. The breakfast was another negative point: it was repetitive and lacked variety for a multi-day stay. Also, the breakfast staff were not very attentive or welcoming to guests. The location and views are excellent, but considering the condition of the facilities, cleanliness, and service, I expected much more from a hotel of this category.

We had an amazing time at the Arcadia Blue hotel at Sultanahmet. It’s a wonderful hotel and the staff were super helpful and accommodating. The location was fantastic, you could literally walk to every attractions in the area from Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi, Grand Bazaar, etc. the tram is just minutes away if you need to go other areas. Very kid friendly - we travelled with a toddler. The view from the hotel looking at the blue mosque is just unbelievable. And the rooftop breakfast area and the view is just stunningly gorgeous. Everything about the hotel is top notch from location, cleanliness, A/C, staff and all. We are already planning our next visit to this hotel in December. Keep up the great job.
