Rixos Tersane Istanbul

Amazing hotel, very clean, modern, high technology, lovely environment and fragrance.

Very nice hotel in a new up and coming area of Istanbul. Right on the water. Seems that it used to be some sort of industrial complex before. The main hall is very nice. The breakfast buffet is a dream. Service is impeccable. A nice shout out to the concierge lady. Super helpful. The room was well set, with 2 separate areas which worked well for our daughter and usa. The construction outside was a bit annoying. The shower leaked into the main bathroom floor. But everything else was amazing. Definitely recommended for families, with great views of the city, but without all the noise of the downtown streets.

Really beautiful stay . We extended several times. The hotel itself is very new and grand . The spa and gym is brand new , a massive space , very high tech . The staff are so helpful and assisted with booking beautiful surprise valentines reservation for me . It has exceptional selection of coffee / cafe / restaurants ect downstairs . It’s just so cheap for what is it . I would expect a hotel of this standard to be double the price . We will definitely return as soon as this week while we are still in Istanbul . Also I had one of the heat Blowdry of my life in the salon at Rixos ( -2 level ) have attached pic . I never even leave reviews generally but just so happy with Rixos . I actually lived in Rixos in Dubai years ago and I can say that Istanbul one is the same great standard.

If you want to stay at the hotel, it’s lovely otherwise transportation to and from the hotel is hectic and costly

As an international traveller, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Amazing staff, location and accommodation.

The property is beautiful however you need to take taxis to and from to get anywhere. Also the food is fabulous but expensive as are the drinks. Great gym facility and beautiful terrace overlooking the river

The Rixos Tersane was a spectacular hotel. The attention to detail, decor and comfort were excellent. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and the choice of restaurants and bars and facilities were superb. This hotel should be top of anyone's list who are planning to stay in Istanbul.

Hotels is perfect. They made a great compound. I only critise that even I am a Goldmember and they had higher level rooms They didn't suggest me to upgrade.

The new Rixos hotel was absolutely fabulous! From the stunning views to the thoughtfully designed interiors, every detail was impeccable. Its central location made it easy to explore all the historic neighborhoods along the Golden Horn, whether by taxi or private water transfer. A perfect blend of comfort and convenience, it’s an ideal choice for both longer stays and layovers. Highly recommended—I would definitely return! Staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating.

The hotel itself is fantastic, especially the breakfast and location. However, due to ongoing construction in region for whole Tersane project, access to hotel is not so easy (impossible on foot) and waking up with noice of construction is not so pleasant. That will be surely one of attraction points in Istanbul soon, but currently it is just a very good hotel...

Omgeving van het hotel is nog in verbouwing dus kwa vervoer is het niet echt makkelijk bereikbaar je maakt wel een heel omweg om er te komen. Personeel was vriendelijk vooraal mevrouw Almira heeft ons goed geholpen. Is meer een hotel voor in de zomer dan kan je buiten zitten en van de omgeving genieten maar voor de winter zou ik het niet aanraden

Ik heb onlangs een paar nachten doorgebracht in dit nieuwe hotel en was echt onder de indruk. Het hotel is modern en mooi ingericht, met veel aandacht voor detail. De kamer was schoon en comfortabel, precies wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen verblijf. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat echt bijdroeg aan een fijne ervaring. Wat het verblijf extra bijzonder maakte, was het geweldige uitzicht op zowel de zee als de stad. Kortom, een prachtig nieuw hotel met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabele en mooie tijd en ik kijk al uit naar mijn volgende verblijf. Zeker een aanrader!
