The staff is enthusiastic, I have a small child so I want everything to be clean for my child, the resort is very enthusiastic in supporting, even removing every small speck of dust on the surface of the pool before the child goes swimming. The resort also prepares a car rental with full gas, the view is great. Overall, it deserves 5*

The innkeeper is very kind. We arrived at the inn around 5 AM, warmly welcomed and served fruit, cake, and tea. She also allowed us to shower first before checking in. Also gave information about places we should visit in Ninh Binh. The next day they were served a large breakfast and provided provisions for the journey 🥹. And after check out we were still invited to shower, because we were waiting for our sleeper bus at 10 PM 🥰. Very very recommended, and also the room is clean and big 👍🏻

The hotel is in the crowded, go out boat in Tam Coc just a few steps, rent motorcycles to Trang An, Hang dancing, ... also very close. From staff to owner are extremely enthusiastic and kind. Just stayed on 6/17/25 2N1D Not much time but the host is very enthusiastic and friendly. The breakfast the hostess made was delicious, we could choose chicken pho, beef pho, egg bread or instant noodles Of course we chose chicken pho, and were given a full plate of watermelon🍉 probably the fruit of the day The home is as beautiful as in the picture. Close to nature and trees, deep inside, leaning against the mountain. The road when entering is bumpy but partly because you guys can catch the local people? When entering, I encountered a bumpy car, the road was bad and I was scared. Luckily, the second time I met the driver, he was knowledgeable, the road was very short, even in the rain, he drove very smoothly. The hostess was also very enthusiastic and told the driver to take us to our room because the bar had not yet reached our room The swimming pool is huge, the view is beautiful, in the morning I saw the staff here taking turns cleaning. Overall great We even borrowed plates, bowls and chopsticks to eat, and the host also lent us. The room was okay, the first day the drain was a bit clogged, but then it was okay. The water was a bit small and just enough, not strong, but it was okay The guy at the reception desk was very open, supportive and flexible The check-in time on paper was 2pm, but when my family arrived early, the host, who was my brother, was very enthusiastic and invited us to go to the room to rest and turn on the air conditioner to avoid the harsh sunlight. The room was also cleaned early for us by the host. Thank you very much for that, so the next day we cleaned up and checked out early because we knew that there might be many new guests the next day When we left, the host also said goodbye happily and invited us to come in for a drink to socialize, but I asked for permission next time because the car had arrived *Suggestions for better service: The host should note and suggest directions for guests to have a better experience Thank you
