Well, the room was a little dated. It was clean and had everything I needed. I was a bit, surprised that there was no window that I could look out to with a view. Other than that the staff was excellent. The service is great. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal.

Staff were all great. Although it was one of the more expensive hotels we’ve stayed in, its age is showing. The first room we got smelled so bad (bathroom drain) we were given a larger room on the top floor. The street noise is hard to escape but earplugs helped.

Check-in was smooth and reception was very helpful showing the location of the hotel in relation to the Hanoi Old Quarter, some places of interest and local food/restaurants. Room is clean but a bit disappointed with the balcony rooms, we booked 3 balcony rooms at a higher rate but the balconies are facing the neighbour that we can touch the wall of the neighbour.

This charming hotel is perfect. The staff is beyond kind and professional. The breakfast is delicious, location is prime, and accommodations comfortable. Every time, they treated us like VIP's; even gave us a beautiful bag when we left. When we were transiting back to the airport, they watched our belongings while we toured Hanoi Old Quarter. I've never experienced such excellent service anywhere.

The hotel is in a great location in the old quarter. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is superb. The staff is exceptionally good. They are courteous, attentive, and helpful. Antony and Henry went above and beyond in giving us help with transportation, local tours, and other recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel. This is our second time staying here and will continue to stay here in future trips.

I found that this hotel Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa due to location and decent price but when I was stay in the hotel, it was Jewelry in Hanoi. Hotel staffs are really really nicely care for the visitor and they answer every question they prepare everything what we need. Also breakfast was warm and delicious.

Had an amazing stay at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa in Hanoi and was looked after very well by Tiffany at reception who accommodated all our needs and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. In fact all of the staff there are incredibly lovely. The property itself is in a fantastic location, the room we were put into was spacious and had everything you needed. Would definitely visit again.

Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa is a wonderful place to stay if you want to be close to the action, but also want to have some quiet time. Ms Elsa was such a knowledgeable and considerate host, our tours and travel plans were seamless due to her guidance, she even took into account what the weather would be like so that we had the best experience at destinations outside the city. We will miss Hanoi and it's charm, thank you. Definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed from the moment I arrived. The environment is clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.The location is also excellent, just a short walk to nearby shops, cafés, and restaurants, which made it so convenient to get around.What really stood out to me, though, was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were always smiling, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and at home throughout my stay. Their warmth and hospitality made a real difference. This hotel is a gem. The location is excellent for exploring all of Hanoi, the facilities and rooms are super clean and nice, the breakfast top notch. What makes this hotel stand apart is the employees. The women, specifically, who operate the front desk and manage over all flow in the common area are truly amazing and special. We received SO many good restaurant recommendations as well as what to see and when. This hotel has not only trained their employees to be resourceful and helpful to their guests, they have hired top notch quality people who genuinely care for their guests. Highly recommend.

We loved every single bit of the Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa. But we attribute such a special stay to Tiffany - the receptionist who truely made our stay feel so special. From checking in to checking out, we felt so looked after, relaxed and immersed in such a beautiful space. The room was perfect, drinks, location and atmosphere was incredible. We will stay at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa every time we are in Hanoi.
