Mercure Vung Tau

I arrived right when the resort was under construction for the railings. I had a small child with me, and the construction was very noisy, affecting the view and making the experience very bad. The security guard had a very strange attitude, but the other staff members were okay, and the food was decent.

Helpful support staff, clean common areas, many Tet holiday activities.

With children living in the house, the commute between the two sides of the road is not very satisfactory.

Nice location. But the receptionist is not tactful. My family booked a room for 3 people. But the arrangement of 2 single beds is very small. About 80-1m. Water is only given 2 bottles. We did not complain. After checking out, we gave feedback to the receptionist (with the intention of helping the hotel to be more perfect), but the receptionist was annoyed. She said that the hotel bed is just like that. The staff should learn communication skills!

The staff is super cute, the security guard also took me across the street to avoid the traffic. The view is 10 points for taking pictures but there is no point. I highly recommend everyone to choose Mercure. Next time I will definitely come back and introduce to my friends🥰

Swimming pool, sea storm is very convenient, soundproofing is not very good. Breakfast is not diverse

Quite disappointed because the booking of the sea view room had a note and called the receptionist nearly a week ago, needing a room on the 1st floor near the lawn view area but when arriving, the receptionist arranged for a grass view room saying that the balcony was the widest in the lawn area but did not know what else to do with the requests I gave? The room type and price were not worth it because the money spent was the value of another room type, showing a lack of respect for customers. But in the end, I was transferred to the ground floor of the beach area, the thing worth mentioning when I came to check in was more than 2 hours, I had to wait for the receptionist to sell the sea view room but the customer refused? And then arranged me to the lawn view area? If the staff could sell the sea view room, my family would have been really looked down upon by the hotel? Because after I complained right at the lawn view room to move to another room, there was only 1 room left? There was no arrangement, no respect for customers!

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, fully equipped, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The location was close to the center, convenient for traveling. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends and relatives.

The hotel has two main buildings. This time I booked the wrong one, it's a bit troublesome because the building was uphill, so I needed to bring luggage up and across the street from the main building. But the staff was helpful and carried it, but it was so inconvenient. They don't have an elevator or any. So it's a bit of a workout every day.

Restaurant staff (dining area manager) attitude towards customers. Didn't even answer questions. Very bad attitude all evening and the next morning.

Everything is perfect, even though it's in the hill area, you still get a room with a sea view. However, climbing up the hill area has a steep slope and many steps, so getting to the room is a bit tiring. The resort has its own beach but is only suitable for swimming in the morning because the water recedes in the afternoon
