But we hope the management should really look into the problem. We drove almost 3 hours from Ho Chi Minh to your place for getting leisure not for waiting. We didn't ask for early check in, but we need on time check in! 2. Room 7011: Checked in at 6.00PM, stepped down to the reception to ask them to fix the air conditioner at 7.00PM as it was super hot in the whole room. But after our dinner at 9.00 PM, nothing was fixed. Don't tell me this resort is running by Accord, a world leading hotel group. This trip to us was a terrible experience so far.

Mình đã từng ở nhiều khách sạn từ 0* đến 5* nhưng đây là lần đầu tiên mình review cho Movenpick. :)) Excellent 10đ, từ nhân viên, phòng ở, hồ bơi, thức ăn đều rất ok. - Nhân viên dễ thương từ anh Bellman, lễ tân, nhân viên nhà hàng và đặc biệt có 1 anh quản lý người nước ngoài liên tục đi vòng quanh để kiểm tra mọi thứ ok và ảnh cũng thân thiện chào hỏi khách. - Phòng thiết kế phong cách cướp biển Caribbe, có nhà tắm và toilet riêng rất thoải mái, chỉ có chi tiết nhỏ là tủ chứa tủ lạnh có góc nhọn vướng chân đau (đây là chi tiết duy nhất mình không hài lòng). - Hồ Bơi rất tâm lý khi chia ra bên dưới là hồ bơi em bé ngay chiếc thuyền cho các bé rất nhỏ có thể chơi được mà ba mẹ an tâm không sợ con ra chổ sâu và hồ bơi người lớn vô cực bên trên. Có nhìu ghế dài cho ba mẹ nằm quan sát con. - Nhà hàng ăn sáng rất ngon và đa dạng, gần về mình có order Cơm chiên hải sản lên phòng cho bé, giá 260k nhưng rất nhiều tôm và mực cực tươi và ngon. Cả nhà mình rất thích khi ở đây.

Nhân viên rất chuyên nghiệp và ân cần dễ thương. Dịch vụ lại rất hài lòng, buffet sáng rất đa dạng và đẹp mắt. Phòng rất sạch sẽ, thoáng mát. Tôi đi lần đầu và các con tôi hài lòng. không chê được điểm nào.

Mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời! Các bạn lễ tân và nhà hàng hỗ trợ quá nhiệt tình! Vợ mình đang đi chơi thì bị viêm họng, mình có hỏi xin 1 tô cháo thịt heo mà được nhà hàng hỗ trợ cháo thịt bò xịn free luôn. Movenpick PT nên khai thác thêm xe shuttle bus để khách được đi lại thành phố vui chơi dễ dàng hơn và có được 1 bãi biển riêng thì sẽ tuyệt vời hơn! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Khách sạn mới sạch đẹp nhiều nhân viên. Nhân viên nhiệt tình chu đáo thân thiệt. Tuy nhiên thì khâu vận hành mình thấy chưa ổn. Nhân viên lúc báo mình có xuất ăn lúc báo không có xuất ăn làm mình với bạn bè rất mất hứng. Chocolate time cũng chỉ là ăn mấy miếng socola không có gì quá đặc sắc. Ăn sáng nhiều món đa dạng đẹp mắt. Có anh quản lý người tây nhiệt tình hay hỏi thăm khách. Phòng mình 3 người thì không chuẩn bị đồ dùng đủ cho 3 người. Gọi nhờ lấy thêm thì lấy lâu mong khách sạn rut kinh nghiệm
