Perfect location. I like how the hotel is located right across a park. The Executive/Lounge-access room gives a very good value with all day free F&B. The free meeting room was very helpful as I needed to do my online meetings. The staffs are also quite attentive. Very recommended.

I have been in this Hotel for more than 5 times in every visit to Saigon. A very nice Hotel with all professional staffs. And good location too Takes about 10mins walk to saigon centre shopping mall. There is Starbuck BurgerKing nearby and many convenient store, circle K, family mart

I'd like to particularly commend Ho and Thuy at the front desk, and Duy, the doorman, for their outstanding service. Their assistance was truly impressive.
I used to stay at Caravelle, but after this wonderful experience, my wife and I have decided to make your hotel our preferred choice whenever we visit Vietnam, which is typically four times a year.

The hotel facilities and hospitalities were excellent.
One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was that it advertised that it has an onsite tennis court.
Unfortunately, tennis court was recently leased to external company and they had converted into pickleball courts. Which was a downside for me.
