Great view and amenities, including several small grocery stores on the main level.

Stayed there made me comfortable and enjoyable. Clean room, friendly staff, they work 24/24 hour, even I need towels in midnight they still bring it to me. We can use swimming pool here, around there also have convenience stores, coffees, kid clubs and nearest to district 1. Wonderful stays, thanks for all!

Unfortunately the apartment was very untidy. Felt like it needed a deep clean. Dirty kitchen rags left under the sink. No clean kitchen cloths us to use. One of the bathroom toilets hadn’t been cleaned as there was something left in the toilet for us to discover when we checked in. I have used Saigon Sirus numerous times in the past but feel they are slipping standards. Photos advertised aren’t what you will get. As I come to Ho Chi Minh often. I will no longer be using Saigon Sirus for future visits. This is my opinion on what was presented to me at check in.

Not clean

There’s lots of marks and stains on the walls- it’s a bit old and definitely not luxury like the pictures shown.

The staff is very quick in response, but the toilet hose in the master is broken. It’s a hassle to turn on and off every time. I like the fact it has two bathrooms.

The unit was spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was a nice feature. However, the master bathroom had a strong urine odor, and the bathroom floor was dirty upon arrival. I reported these issues to the staff, but nothing was done to address them. In addition, I believe the beds may have had bed bugs because several members of my family woke up with bug bites after spending the night. I also reported this concern to the staff. Overall, while the size and layout of the unit were nice, the cleanliness and lack of response from the staff made for a very disappointing stay.

What I recieved from my stay was just wo derail. Twas what I needed at the time.

The apartment was spacious and clean. When we had issues these were handled promptly and efficiently. The location required a walk across the bridge to get to District 1 where most of the bars and restaurants were. Grab taxis were great and we highly recommend the great service they provided

I stayed for two weeks. The room was clean and had a much needed washing machine. Very safe and secure building as a solo traveller I appreciated that. It’s more of an apartment which was great and they gave me a WhatsApp app chat for if I needed anything during my stay which was great. Good location to get into the city with a nice pool area and shops on site.

No complaints, had a great view of the city.

Our host was super helpful with arranging our airport transfer. The apartment was spotless and very cozy. We enjoyed visiting the Ho Chi Minh City Museum during our stay 👍

Our stay had a rough start, but overall ended up being pleasant. Before our arrival, I contacted the host (Nam) because we were traveling with two children and expected to arrive around 11:00 AM. Since check-in was after 2:00 PM, I asked if early check-in might be possible. The host told me to call when we arrived. When we arrived around 11:45 AM, I was informed that our reserved 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment was not available. The host offered two separate units next to each other, but I declined because we were traveling together as a family and specifically booked a single apartment. We were then asked to wait while someone took our luggage. About 15 minutes later, we were told that although we had booked the apartment for 3 nights, it was only available for 2 nights and that we would need to move rooms during our stay. After a long flight from the U.S. with two tired children, this was very frustrating and disappointing. Fortunately, after discussing the issue, the host was able to honor our original reservation, and we checked into our apartment around 1:50 PM. From that point on, everything went smoothly. Communication improved, and the remainder of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. While the arrival experience was stressful and could have been handled better, I appreciate that the host ultimately resolved the situation. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the property.

The room was very clean, fresh, and well maintained. The view was beautiful, open, and really relaxing, especially at night — such a nice atmosphere. I was especially impressed that there were no insects or mosquitoes at all, which made the stay feel very comfortable and pleasant. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly. I would definitely come back again.

We would stay here again when we visited next time .

No hot water. Shower broke. Asked to change rooms so had to wait around on my vacation for them to show up and change my vacation schedule. The staff were helpful but just not a smooth stay.

I was not informed about the pool until my last day. I had trouble getting into my room. There is no manager on duty to help solve any problems
