Nice hotel, clean, right in the center, walking around near, right at the food market, smiling friendly staff, listening to suggestions. But need to be more careful about breakfast, the salad I eat is not fresh and the fruit is dry like it has been cut through the day. Hopefully the next time I go, it will change more and the Sky Bar - Spa will open. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is cozy, the rooms are clean, the view of the turtle tower is very beautiful. Staff very enthusiastic and polite. The location of the hotel is close to the lake. Very convenient for tourists. Step out the hotel door is full of delicious dishes at very affordable prices. The area is very busy at night, but when you close the door, it's extremely quiet. I canceled the booking elsewhere to continue staying at this hotel after going to Sapa to play and then back to Hanoi.

A short family vacation in the summer in Hanoi is made more wonderful by booking a super nice hotel in the heart of Hanoi, right near Hoan Kiem Lake, Old Quarter, Tay Ta Hien Street (closer but not so close). no noise). I really want to share this small review so that anyone who visits Hanoi should visit here.

Blown away! We had welcome fruit and drinks, the staff took time to discuss the city and attractions in the old quarter and showed us to our room. The bellhops would always help out with the heavy lifting. The decorative skill was next level for Hanoi, with beautiful finishings, weighted bathroom doors and stylish classic colours. Location was also conveniently close to the lake.

Staff were fantastic and could not do enough to assist. They stored our luggage when we went to Halong Bay, assisted with Grab and taxis and gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat. The complimentary afternoon tea was a bonus. It was a shame that there was a lot of building noise next door that sometimes started quite early in the morning and went on quite late at night. Hopefully, when the building is complete everything will be perfect. It did not bother us too much except for one night when it continued past 7pm. Would stay here again. Rooms were clean and comfortable though not large.

Excellent location in the old quarter, and close to the lake, easy walk. Staff were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and tours. The breakfast selection is great and so is the view from the restaurant and rooftop bar. Room was clean, overall a great base for exploring Hanoi.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, friendly and charming. They went out of their way to help us with any information needed. I also recommend the restaurant on the top floor for great food and beautiful view of the city. We truly enjoyed our stay in Lucien hotel
