We had a great stay at the Sheraton. After spending a few days in the Old Quarter, it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. We were well informed of the ongoing renovations and the resulting noise, but did not bother us at all. It's easy enough to catch a Grab taxi from the hotel. If possible, do have a meal at Hemispheres - an excellent way for us to wrap up our holiday. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and your staff went above and beyond in their service. Thank you!

I loved my stay at the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel. I found it to be within a 30 minute walk of the major sites on West Lake near the parliament building. The side streets were also full of amazing food stalls, cool vintage stores and other shopping options which was great. The staff were all amazing and full of suggestions on things to do. And, the travel desk was amazing at setting up some day tours around the city and nearby, including private transportation, which made getting around easy. Would recommend if you’re staying in Hanoi!
