If I had the ability, I would give this establishment 0 stars. It was the worst place I encountered during my vacation. Let's begin with the rooms - the bed in 301 was terrible it’s like you were sleeping on plastic it keep making noise at night. The pillow was so uncomfortable They also do not provide washcloths, only towels. The constant slamming of doors made it impossible to get any sleep..

Starz hotel is noisy because the Starz hotel is located close to bar and most off people are drunk. Starz hotel doesn’t have safe parking and if you park here it’s very risky. Room doesn’t have a refrigerator. The room’s door wasn’t locked. Starz hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Being charge $100 deposit for if you broken any item in the room but room mini fridge was full of water ,and someone clothes was left in the room and there is no light on the phone in the room because the phone is broken.

Staff does not clean your room. When I asked for clean towels and wash cloths, the attendant at the front desk said she we had to wait until the cleaning lady comes in to work. On the website, it says there is a casino in the hotel and there were a couple of slot machines.
