Located close to jatimpark 1 and 2. The housekeeper is very friendly and very helpful. The villa is comfortable, clean, spacious rooms, several additional beds are provided. The water is smooth and there is hot water too. You can cook in the kitchen. Gallon water is provided for drinking with a dispenser that can be hot and cold.

This is the third time the family has stayed at the legendary Cozy Villa Batu. The villa is clean, there are 2 rooms with king size beds, the location is very strategic (can walk to East Java Park 2), the atmosphere is calm, not noisy, comfortable and children are safe playing in the housing complex. There are people around selling breakfast. Complete facilities, there is a water heater for bathing, a cooker with cutlery and cooking utensils, the fridge is new and clean, there is gallon mineral water, and cable TV. The check-in process is very smooth, the owner and employees are very friendly and helpful, GPS location sent via WA by the owner, fast respond, is very helpful for us in providing information about tours in Batu / Malang. Next time if there is a vacation, I will go to rock again with my family and of course stay at Cozy Villa again. Thanks, Cozy.

We spent 3 nights at Golden Tulip Holland Resort Malang during the Christmas holiday, and it was a truly memorable family experience. The warm hospitality, comfortable rooms, and family-friendly atmosphere made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.
The kids enjoyed every moment, while we appreciated the calm surroundings and thoughtful service that allowed us to rest and reconnect as a family. Celebrating Christmas here felt special, peaceful, joyful, and full of meaningful moments.

The staff was friendly. The hotel rooms were clean, large, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was sufficient for a family. The swimming pool was clean, fresh, and had a beautiful view. Highly recommended.

I like this hotel because of its strategic location close to the city center. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the rooms are soundproof. The hotel staff is friendly. Check-in and check-out are fast. I'll stay here again next time I visit Batu.
