All the staff are very friendly. The rooms are also very clean, the toilets are clean. The breakfast is delicious and the menu is very varied. It's quite kid-friendly. There are also lots of junk food places around the hotel like BK, McD, Hokben, KFC. And there are lots of durian sellers when it's in season. Next time I go to Bali, I'll probably stay here again.

Seamless process when I requested to change room due to previous room was too far from elevator while I was with my elderly parents. Really appreciate it.
