All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's rare to find a hotel (even a 4-star hotel) with such friendly staff. I didn't expect them to be as friendly. The room was also very comfortable. It felt like home, not like a hotel.

It's totally worth it for under 200,000 Rupiah. The room is clean, the AC is cold, the hot water works, the TV can watch Netflix, the view is great, and the hotel is clean. Definitely recommended! I'd love to stay here again on vacation sometime.

The staff is super friendly and smiles a lot, even the security guard is also quick and kind, which is very important for me, hahaha. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, everywhere is close and the hotel is located like in a complex so it is very safe. Will come here again if I go to Malang!!! Recommended guys 🫵🏻

The room was spacious, comfy, and super clean! They serve the breakfast into the room! I like it so much! ❤️. The hotel also had a large pool, a large basketball court, and a playground with various children's activities. This hotel is an amazing place to stay, to travel, and to enjoy a sightseeing tour in Batu.

This is my second time staying here when traveling to Batu.. The place is homey, feels like grandma's house.. So it brings back childhood memories.. The room is clean.. The toilet is also clean.. The best experience staying here. The location is very close to Jatim Park 2. The staff are numerous and very friendly, very welcoming and very helpful with all guests' needs. The parking is very secure and the atmosphere is beautiful, like home. I've stayed here many times and have never been disappointed with Omah Anin's service. Continued success.

The Dawala is perfect for holiday, nice view and fresh air from elevation 1100 above mean sea level will give a great experience of glamping (glamorous campung). The hotel is clean, the facility is great, and the staff also helpful, however the breakfast ready a little bit late, they were ready at 7.30 am.
