Clean rooms, clean toilets, cool air conditioning, good water pressure, and the rooms are quite spacious for the budget price.

The location is close to Cinde LRT and Ampera Bridge, in front of the hotel there is a 24-hour supermarket and cafes, the hotel is old but very clean, tidy, and fragrant, parking is available in front and behind the hotel area, the staff is friendly. The building is still new and the restaurant is still in the process of being built. The location is in Dempo, a bit inside. But it is still easy to find and quite strategic. Recommended for those looking for comfortable and cheap accommodation.
