I really enjoyed my stay at Cosmo Amaroossa Jakarta. The staff were professional, friendly, and very responsive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast had a good variety of choices and tasted great. The location is very strategic and easy to access. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth the price.

very good and friendly service... twice a year during school holidays it is our mandatory agenda to stay here for days. when there was a problem with the toilet door, it was immediately repaired at that time. the best in terms of service, cleanliness and friendliness.❤️❤️❤️

The refrigerator was cold enough to store food and drinks, the hot water for showering was also easy to use, the towels were clean and fragrant, the Wi-Fi was smooth, and the smart TV worked well. I really enjoyed my stay at Cosmo Amaroossa Jakarta. The staff were professional, friendly, and very responsive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
