The hotel staff is friendly, responsive, and ready to help. The food is delicious, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Yesterday, I got a free room upgrade, which was a blessing for my child on his birthday. Oh yes, I also got a birthday cake. Thank you, Grande Pajajaran.

This is my second time staying here. A comfortable place for a family vacation, with lots of interesting activities for children. The service is very good and satisfying. By God's grace, my child had a high fever while staying (he already had a mild fever when he left), and was assisted by the staff and security there, especially Mr. Yusuf and Mr. Yunus, starting from being escorted and taken to the nearest clinic, and then taken to a large hospital nearby (because it turned out my child needed treatment at a large hospital). Thank you very much from my heart to the Manager, staff and Security there for their service. For travelers, don't hesitate to bring your family to stay here. Once again, thank you ☺️

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. One particularly memorable experience was a female guest at breakfast who appeared to be older than me and from a rural area. The hotel staff graciously offered her a choice of breakfast items, making her feel comfortable. Kudos to this hotel for its hospitality.

Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very strategic—close to convenient shops, restaurants - McDonald's and Dominos pizza, and easy access to everything I needed. The price is also very reasonable for what you get, definitely value for money. The experience overall was smooth, staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. The hotel is located right opposite the Palace; after breakfast, you can take a nice walk around the palace. It is a beautiful hotel, very neat and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. If I ever come back to Bogor, I will definitely book there. For me, it was a stopover on the way to Bandung and Yogyakarta.
