Actually, my third time stayed at Grand Travello Hotel for business activity, and the third time that staff are always really nice and helpful from the check in and until check out, especially FO Team! I absolutely loved checking in here. All the staff were friendly, and the rooms were super clean and well-appointed. The pool is also spacious, and there's a coffee shop, which is great for hanging out. This is going to be my favorite spot 🥰

An honest account of my stay at Favehotel Cikarang. It was very impressive. The location was strategic, and the staff were very friendly, from the security guard to the hotel staff. The swimming pool facilities and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent, and the food was to my liking. Most interestingly, before entering the room, the HK team double-checked it. This ensured maximum room cleanliness. Thank you to all the staff at Favehotel Cikarang. I will return and recommend it to friends and business associates.

This is the first time I stay at Nuanza hotel, it looks like a big hotel with a large parking lot. The lobby was so modern, clean, and very spacious. The reception is very helpful and informative, thanks to Ms. Iren. Fast check-in, the room was large, clean, and full with amenities and facilities like a hairdryer and ironing for clothes. There is a mini-fridge and minibar if you need it, and a large wardrobe, etc. that I love.

The hotel is still relatively new. The rooms and all the facilities are clean and new. The staff is also very friendly, like a 5-star hotel. I happened to stay during Christmas, so I got several benefits like playing in the hotel playground for kids, ice skating for kids, and late check-out until 2:00 PM. The location is very strategic in the heart of Bekasi and connected to Pakuwon Mall. Breakfast is quite varied, and the staff at the restaurant is also very friendly. Next time I will definitely come back :)

When checking in there was a problem with the room's AC, but the Enso team was quick to respond to immediately replace it with a more comfortable room. 1. For those without a private vehicle, access is through the Mega Bekasi Mall. Enter the mall to the 3rd floor. There will be signs leading up to the escalator to the ballroom/front lobby of the hotel.
2. Check-in was friendly and easy, and there was no deposit required.

I was really happy staying at Ibis. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was quick. Netflix and YouTube were available, so I could watch lots of movies during my stay. The Wi-Fi was quite fast. There was a kettle and clean glasses. The toiletries were okay, and the entire hotel area was clean. Overall, I'll definitely stay at Ibis Styles again. I'll definitely be back.
