It was our first time to stay at this hotel. First thing first before I book a hotel, I have to double check the reviews from app and Maps (it was good, so I decided to book the room). The results were amazing, the moment when we stepped out of our Grab - the staff was right away came and helped us with the luggage (we got like 30-50kg inside our luggage, so..). The checked in process was smooth & the next day we even able to leave our luggage for couple of hours after checked out. All of the staff were friendly and full of smiles (this is how hospitality industry should be). The room was clean and comfortable, the location? Oh please don’t ask me, it was just perfect for us. I wrote this review with an honest experience from us (as I also working in this industry for the past 10 years over Asia).

I'm so satisfied staying here...
This was my first time staying here, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant waitresses, were friendly and very helpful. Even though it's a 3-star hotel, the service is 5-star 😍.
You guys are amazing, I'm so touched 😇 I happen to be a hotel hospitality student, and I've learned a lot from the friendliness of the staff here. The rooms are all clean and tidy, and the food is also really delicious. Thank you guys, keep up the good work 🥰

The room was quite large for a standard room, the bed and bathroom were clean, and there was an iron. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. It was a pleasant experience staying overnight here. The location is strategic (in front of the Transjakarta bus stop), and it's surrounded by food vendors ranging from street food to well-known restaurants. I really liked the ambiance of the room. Although small, the hotel has arranged everything well so it doesn't feel cramped. The choice of furnishings and design also made me feel very comfortable in the room. I would choose this hotel if I were to stay in the Matraman area.

I spent almost 2 weeks at Daun Residence and absolutely loved it. The room was perfect—comfy, cozy, and just what I needed. The big TV with Netflix was a great bonus for relaxing after a long day. The hotel staff are all friendly, greeted with smiles, greetings & good attitude starting from entering the parking lot, continuing into the clean & fragrant room, cool AC & water heater is also great, strategic area close to important places such as eateries, coffee shops, hospitals, stations, travel buses, even not far from the police station.
