My first time staycation with my family in Savoy Homann was truly a great experience! Love the spacious room, cozy bed, great breakfast, we love the pool so much! The kids' pool with warm water is so great! The staff are so friendly and humble, all of them! From the reception staff, the restaurant staff, all! Surely we’ll be back here again, next time we go to Bandung.

Good cleanliness, friendly and helpful receptionist staff, also when I made a mistake on the booking date .. it said I couldn't reschedule but they helped me by calling the official Traveloka directly and they responded quickly to Traveloka and the hotel, even when I had breakfast, it was almost close to the maximum breakfast time available, still served well and tried to provide everything, highly recommended when going to Bandung to stay here, there are many people selling around and there is an Indomart that has an ATM, so its location in the middle of the city makes everything easy.

Got a super cheap promo price only 200k for 2 nights, got really top room facilities 💗 the room was upgraded, the whole room was fragrant, clean, no dirt or anything, the mattress and pillows were all fragrant and clean, the AC was super cold, the wifi was super fast, the receptionist was friendly and very helpful (there was a moment where the lights went out, and they fixed it right away 💘), they also provided a prayer robe, just ask the receptionist (the prayer robe was clean + fragrant) they gave me a stamp for motorbike parking so it wasn't expensive 🤭🫢 the only minus was that the bathroom door couldn't be locked, but they gave me a buffer so it was OK, and the refrigerator wasn't very cold but it was still OK the minuses weren't visible because there were so many pluses, next time I go to Bandung I will definitely stay here again 🫰 keep up the quality 🤗

Alhamdulillah, staying here is very comfortable, especially if you're bringing your family. Quran recitations are played 24/7 throughout the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, with complete prayer equipment and a Quran provided. The staff is very friendly and responsive, and the breakfast menu is varied and delicious.

What a wonderful stay! The hospitality was beyond my expectations. Calming ambiance with very nice attention-to-detail decorations. The room was spacious and clean. The 2nd night at Patuha Resort, the atmosphere is cool, calm, quiet and the air is clean and the hotel staff are friendly and fast, the breakfast is also delicious, there is a sulfur hot water pool and many photo spots. Anyway, if you go to Ciwidey, you must come here again.
