This hotel is strategically located in the central government area, so it's clean and easily accessible. It's close to A. Yani Park, perfect for a morning walk. Please improve the room cleanliness. The floor under the bed was still very dirty, as if it hadn't been swept. Upon check-in, the room amenities were also lacking, including bath towels. After waiting several hours, bath towels arrived, but there were no small face towels.
The receptionist's friendliness also needs improvement.
The breakfast menu is quite varied.

The hotel staff is friendly, the place is nice.. Quite close to Medan train station, souvenir center.. For the room, I got a free upgrade to a family room.. The room is very spacious for myself.. In terms of cleanliness, it is quite clean.. Just lacks attention to detail... Ps entered the room.. The toilet flush button was entered by a friend, so the water came out by itself.. Then there were still hairs on the bed.. It's a bit strange even though it's a 4 star hotel.. I'll pay more attention next time.. So far it's fine..

I was booked deluxe room with king bed, but receptionist told me that I requested for smoking room because at that time the only king bed room available was smoking room. Then they offer me twin bed. That was first bed impressions in the front office. When I entered the room its smell bad. Then when I used the towel it also smell bad and stink. All the facilities and equipment in the room looks old. The good thing is they had variety menu for breakfast.
